Դավիթ Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Վարչախումբն արդեն բացեիբաց սպառնում է, որ ՀՀ-ում Արցախի ոչ մի պետական ինստիտուտ չպիտի գործի: Շուտով վստահաբար կարգելեն «Արցախ» բառի կիրառումը, այնպես, ինչպես դա իրենց է արգելված Բաքվի կողմից:
Օսմանյան կայսրությունը 19-րդ դարում արգելել էր «Հայաստան» բառի կիրառումը` պատճառաբանելով, որ այդպիսի վարչական միավոր չկա: «Արցախ» տեղանվան հետ նույնն անելու են նաև սրանք:
Դրան հաջորդելու է Հայաստանում ապաստանած բռնագաղթյալ արցախցիների գույքային իրավունքների սահմանափակումը: Դրա համար արդեն պարարտ հող են ստեղծել` ներազգային թշնամանք հրահրելով, նրանց քաղաքացիությունից համատարած զրկելով:
Ժամանակին Ալիևն ասում էր, թե իմաստ չունի վերադարձնելու հայ ռազմագերիներին, քանի որ նրանց Երևանում, միևնույն է, կալանավորում են, իսկ ահա Բաքվի բանտերում նրանք իրենց ավելի լավ են զգում:
Այս վարչախմբի ֆորայով Ալիևը շատ շուտով բառացիորեն նույնն ասելու է արցախցիների կարգավիճակի մասին, ընդ որում` միջազգային հարթակներից: Թե բա` «Ղարաբաղի հայերին Հայաստանում չեն ընդունում, ճնշում են», և ինքը պատրաստ է «երաշխավորելու» նրանց անվտանգությունը` վերադարձի դեպքում:
Եվ մենք, իհարկե, այս տիեզերական մասշտաբի նվաստացումն էլ ենք մարսելու...
