Հայաստանի զինված ուժերը կազմված էին Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակից եւ այն բանակային կորպուսներից, որոնք գտնվում են անմիջականորեն ՀՀ ՊՆ-ի ղեկավարության ներքո։
Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակն, ըստ էության, կազմում էր Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի սիրտը, որովհետեւ ամենից մեծաքանակն էր, ամենամեծ ուշադրությունը ՊԲ-ի վրա էր: Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 6-ին, Աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հ արցերի նախարարության դիմաց բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ նշեց ՊԲ պահեստազորի սպաներից մեկը:
Նշենք, որ ակցիա իրականացնող արցախցիները պահանջում են իրենց թոշակների վճարումը:
«ՊԲ-ն հիմնական հարվածի ուղղության վրա էր, ամենավտանգված տեղամասն էր, դրա համար ՊԲ զինծառայող լինելը մի քիչ ավելի պատվաբեր էր համարվում: Հայաստանի բոլոր քաղաքացիները, որոնք իրենց ժամկետային ծառայությունն անցել են Արցախի ՊԲ-ում, իրենք իրենց ծառայության ժամկետն ավելի պատվով ու փառքով են նշում:
Հիմա եթե մենք մեր սպաների ծառայությունն արհամարհում ենք, հետագայում կարո՞ղ է օրենք հանեն եւ այդ զինվորների երկու տարվա ծառայությունը համարեն զրո: Այսինքն համարվի, որ նրանք պարտադիր զինծառայություն չեն անցել, քանի որ դա անցել են Արցախի ՊԲ-ում:
Այստեղ բոլորը պահեստազորի սպաներ են: Մենք հիմա բազում դժվարությունների առջեւ ենք՝ վարձու բնակարաններ, աշխատանքի փնտրտուք, երեխաների ուսում: Այս ամենը սոցիալական խնդիրներ են, բա մենք առնվազն 20-ամյա ծառայություն ենք անցել, որ հետագայում դրա դիմաց մեզ վարձատրեն: Ես ուսում եմ ստացել Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ինստիտուտում, այնտեղ կնքել եմ պայմանագիր, որ այսքան ծառայության դիմաց անցնելու ես թոշակի: Ես իմ ծառայությունն անցել ու ավարտել եմ պատվով, կրթվել եմ պատվով: Հիմա մեր 20 տարվա ծառայությունը դարձել է զրո, ինչո՞ւ եք արհամարհում մեր ծառայությունը: Ստացվում է, որ եթե այն ժամանակ պետք էինք, համարվում էինք ՀՀ ԶՈՒ զինծառայող, իսկ հիմա ոչ»,- ասաց նա:
