Պատվովճարների տրամադրման կարգում փոփոխություն է կատարվել. ԿԳՄՍՆ
CULTUREՍեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին
ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն է տվել «ՀՀ կառավարության 2015 թվականի օգոստոսի 13-ի № 925-Ն որոշման մեջ փոփոխություն և լրացում կատարելու մասին» որոշման նախագծին, որով հստակեցվել են ամսական պատվովճար ստանալու պայմանները:
Մարզական բարձր արդյունքների համար ցկյանս պատվովճար ստացող թեկնածուներին հաշվառում, փաստաթղթերի հավաքում և թեկնածուների հետագա առաջադրումն իրականացնում է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը՝ համապատասխան մարզաձևերի ազգային ֆեդերացիաների կողմից ներկայացված փաստաթղթերի հիման վրա (տեղեկանք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիության մասին և անհրաժեշտ մարզական արդյունքները հաստատող փաստաթուղթ):
Նախորդ կարգի համաձայն՝ այլ պետություններում բնակվող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները պետք է ներկայանան ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարություն պատվովճար ստացողների՝ հաստատված անվանացանկի հաստատումից առաջ առնվազն մեկ տարվա ընթացքում և ստորագրեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գտնվելու մասին հայտարարություն:
Փոփոխության համաձայն՝ պատվովճար ստանալու համար ՀՀ քաղաքացին պետք է ներկայանա նախարարություն մինչև ընթացիկ տարվա նոյեմբերի 30-ը և ստորագրի ՀՀ-ում գտնվելու մասին հայտարարություն, որից հետո նրան կտրամադրվի նույն տարվա պատվովճարը՝ ստորագրելու պահին նախորդող ամիսների և ընթացիկ ամսվա համար միանվագ կտրվածքով, հաջորդող ամիսների համար՝ ամսական կտրվածքով: Ընթացիկ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 1-30-ը նախարարություն ներկայացած և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գտնվելու մասին հայտարարությունը ստորագրած ՀՀ քաղաքացի հանդիսացող թեկնածուն պատվովճարը կստանա հաջորդ տարվա հունվարի 1-ից՝ ամսական կտրվածքով:
Նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 1-ից մինչև տվյալ տարվա նոյեմբերի 30-ը նախարարություն չներկայացած և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գտնվելու մասին հայտարարություն չստորագրած անձը չի կարող ստանալ տվյալ տարվա պատվովճարը:
Պատվովճար ստացող մարզիկների անվանացանկը յուրաքանչյուր տարվա համար հաստատվում է հունվար ամսին:
