Մենք պետք է որոշենք ՀՀ-ում Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների գոյության հարցը․ Վահրամ Բալայանը՝ Էդմոն Մարուքյանին

Հայաստանում Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների գոյության հարցը պետք է քննարկվի, որից հետո որոշում կայացվի։
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, ՀՅԴ պատգամավոր Վահրամ Բալայանն՝ արձագանքելով Հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Էդմոն Մարուքյանի հայտարարությանը, թե Հայաստանում Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների գոյությունը կարող է վտանգել ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգությունը։
«Դա այն հարցը չէ, որ մեկս այսպես ասենք, մյուսն՝ այնպես։ Այս հարցը դեռ մենք պետք է քննարկենք և նորմալ որոշում կայացնենք։ Մենք պետք է քննարկենք և որոշենք, թե Հայաստանում Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտները պետք է իրենց գործունեությունը շարունակեն, թե՝ ոչ»,- պատասխանեց արցախցի պատգամավորը։
Բալայանի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս հարցը դեռևս քննարկումների փուլում է, վերջնաժամկետի վերաբերյալ էլ որևէ հստակեցում չի կարող անել։
«Հիմա էլ եմ կարևորում Հայաստանում Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների գոյությունը։ ՀՀ իշխանությունները Հայաստանի տերն են, ես ի՞նչ պատասխան պետք է ունենամ նրանց որոշման համար․ եթե մեկը գա, ձեր տուն մտնի և ասի՝ խոհանոցում փոփոխություն եմ անում, ի՞նչ պետք է անեք։ Ուզում եմ ասել, որ մի բան պետք է արվի։ Շտապելու բան չկա, ինչ- որ մի բան կլինի»,- լիահույս է ԱՀ ԱԺ ներկայացուցիչը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ Վահրամ Բալայանը կարևորել էր Հայաստանում Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների գոյությունը։
Իր հարցազրույցներից մեկում արցախցի պատգամավորն ընդգծել էր, որ Արցախի վտարանդի կառավարությունը պետք է ՀՀ-ում պահվի․ դա նախ՝ հետագայում պահանջատեր լիելու առումով է կարևոր, իսկ ներկա պահին` բռնի տեղահանված արցախահայության խնդիրները համակարգելու համար։
Իսկ ՀՀ հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Էդմոն Մարուքյանը, մեկնաբանելով Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների՝ ՀՀ-ում պահպանման հնարավորությունը, բացառել է այն՝ հայտարարելով, թե դա կարող է վտանգել ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգությունը։
