deita.ru-ն «Հանգիստ թողե՛ք Ուկրաինան, Հայաստանը և Ղազախստանը. Քեդմին բացահայտել է ՆԱՏՕ-ին Պուտինի վերջնագիրը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ YouTube-ի «Waldman» ալիքում իսրայելցի քաղաքագետ Յակով Կեդմին բացահայտել է ՆԱՏՕ-ին Պուտինի վերջնագիրը, այն է՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ն պետք է ապաձևի իր ռազմական ենթակառուցվածքը և կտրուկ նվազեցնի իր քաղաքական ազդեցությունը Եվրոպայում։ Նրա խոսքով, ԱՄՆ-ը պետք է Եվրոպայում վերականգնի Ռուսաստանի հետ ուժերի հավասարակշռությունը, որը ամերիկացիները խախտել են Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումից հետո։ Քեդմին հիշեցրել է, որ դեռևս ԽՍՀՄ-ի փլուզումից առաջ արևմտյան իսթեբլիշմենտի ներկայացուցիչները բանավոր խոստումներ էին տալիս այն ժամանակվա խորհրդային ղեկավարությանը՝ չընդլայնել ՆԱՏՕ-ի ներկայությունը Արևելքում:

Փաստորեն, ինչպես նշել է փորձագետը, ամերիկացիները կոպտորեն խախտել են իրենց իսկ խոստումները: Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի ռազմական ենթակառուցվածքի շարունակական մոտեցումը Ռուսաստանի սահմաններին ստիպել է նախագահ Պուտինին 2021 թվականի վերջին առաջ քաշել ՆԱՏՕ-ին իր վերջնագիրը, սակայն անգլո-սաքսոններն այն ժամանակ լուրջ չեն ընդունել դա, ինչն էլ պատճառ է դարձել, որ Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարը ավելի վճռական գործողությունների դիմի 2022 թվականի փետրվարին:

«Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է պահպանել ՆԱՏՕ-ին ուղղված իր պահանջը՝ «հանգիստ թողեք Ուկրաինան, Հայաստանը, Ղազախստանը և նախկին խորհրդային բոլոր հանրապետությունները, դրանց հիման վրա մի՛ ստեղծեք հակառուսական առանցք, երկրի շրջագծով սպառնալիքներ մի՛ ստեղծեք և հակամարտություններ մի՛ հրահրեք»։ Ռուսաստանի նման մեծ ու հզոր երկրի համար դրանք ավելի քան տեղին ու օրինական պահանջներ են»,- պարզաբանել է Քեդմին։
