62-ամյա այգեհովիտցին փորձել էր սպանել 25-ամյա համագյուղացուն

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննություն է իրականացվում՝ պարզելու Այգեհովիտ գյուղի 25-ամյա բնակչի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու, ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն ձեռք բերելու և կիրառելու դեպքի հանգամանքերը:

2023թ․ նոյեմբեմրի 04-ին՝ ժամը 13:19-ին, «Իջևան» բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ իրենց մոտ հրազենային վնասվածքով  բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի:

Նույն օրը Այգեհովիտ գյուղի բնակիչը Ոստիկանությունում  հանցագործության վերաբերյալ հաղորդում է ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ իր համագյուղացին կրակել է Այգեհովիտի մեկ այլ բնակչի՝  25-ամյա երիտասարդի ուղղությամբ:

Նախաձեռնվել է քրական վարույթ։ Կատարվել են դեպքի վայրի զննություն, խուզարկություններ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական և դատագենետիկական փորձաքննություններ:

Կատարված քննչական, վարութային և այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Մասնավորապես՝ 2023թ․ նոյեմբերի 04-ին՝  ժամը 12:30-ի սահմաններում, Այգեհովիտ  գյուղի երկու բնակիչներ հիշյալ գյուղի հանդամասում փայտանյութի մասնատման հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանել են, որից հետո նրանցից մեկը՝ 62-ամյա տղամարդը, հեռացել է։ Կարճ ժամանակ անց վերջինս վերադարձել է հրազենով և, 25-ամյա համագյուղացու նկատմամբ հաշվեհարդար տեսնելու, նրան կյանքից ապօրինաբար զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող հրազենով 2 անգամ նշանառու կրակոց է արձակել վերջինիս ուղղությամբ՝ երիտասարդին պատճառելով միջանցիկ հրազենային վնասվածքներ:

Սակայն հանցագործությունը 62-ամյա տղամարդը ավարտին հասցնել չի կարողացել, քանի որ դեպքի վայրում գտնվող Այգեհովիտի մեկ այլ բնակչի կողմից երիտասարդին ցույցաբերվել է բուժօգնություն:

2023թ․ նոյեմբերի 4-ին 62-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է: Վերջինիս ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել: Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ, որը բավարարվել է։

Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Միջոցառումներ են ձեռնարկվում դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում.Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
