«Սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ին տեղի ունեցավ «Արցախի պետականության պահպանման հանձնախմբի» կողմից հրավիրված փակ հանդիպում Արցախի պետականության պահպանման և հետագա քայլերը ԱՀ Նախագահի և ԱՀ Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավորների հետ համատեղ քննարկելու նպատակով։

Հանդիպումը փակ էր և քննարկման բովանդակությունը չհանրայնացվեց, այնուամենայնիվ այն լայն արձագանք ստացավ, ինչպես հանրության, այնպես էլ քաղաքական տարբեր դերակատարների շրջանում։

Տարատեսակ շահարկումներին տեղ չտալով նշենք, որ հանձնախումբն այս պահին շարունակում է ակտիվ աշխատել և հանդիպումներ ունենալ ելնելով ավելի վաղ սահմանած իր նպատակից։

Այս գործընթացը չի կարող լինել ներքաղաքական որևէ շահարկման առարկա, ավելին մեր կողմից անընդունելի է ցանկացած միտում, որն ուղղված կլինի Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցների գործոնը ներքաղաքական տարաբնույթ խմորումներում օգտագործելուն։

Այս պահին ընթացող աշխատանքների և հանդիպումների արդյունքներն առաջիկայում կներկայացվեն հանրությանը»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։
