Պետք է հասունանա Ադրբեջանին պարտադրելու կամ ԼՂՀ-ի ճանաչման գործընթացը. Շավարշ Քոչարյան

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի միայն մի խոսքը, թե նախագահների հանդիպումը ձևական էր, շատ հստակ ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչպես է Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը տրամադրված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցություններին: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի վերջին հայտարարությունը:
«Դա արդեն բավարար է հասկանալու այն մոտեցումը, որ ունի Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը և ԵԱՀԿ համանախագահների, և հակամարտության կարգավորման սկզբունքների նկատմամբ: Միանշանակ, սա է պատճառը, որ տարիների ընթացքում հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում առաջընթաց չկա»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Շավարշ Քոչարյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ որպեսզի բանակցային գործընթացում առաջընթաց լինի, հարկավոր է ոչ այնքան գործընթացի ակտիվացում, որքան կողմերի մոտեցումներում առաջընթաց. &la quo;Իհարկե միջնորդները, համանախագահները ձգտում են, որ հնարավորինս հաճախ լինեն հանդիպումներ, բայց եթե այդ հանդիպումները գնում են նույն ոճով, ինչպիսին եղավ Բեռնում (2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 19-ին- հեղ.) և որը Ադրբեջանի նախագահը բնութագրեց որպես ձևական, ուրեմն առաջընթաց չի կարող լինել: Սա է խնդիրը, որն իր հերթին պարտադրում է նույն միջնորդներին, միջազգային հանրությանը ևս մեկ անգամ վերլուծել և անդրադառնալ այս ամեն ինչին, քանի որ այսպես շարունակելը որևէ դրական արդյունքի չի կարող բերել: Իսկ դա նշանակում է որոշակի մոտեցումների փոփոխություն»:
Շավարշ Քոչարյանի խոսքով՝ դրա ազդանշաններից տեսել են հենց նույն Բեռնում, երբ կողմերից մեկը` Ադրբեջանը, բանակցությունների քողի տակ շարունակում էր իր դեստրուկտիվ ուժային քաղաքականությունը, իսկ համանախագահների առաջարկություններին, մասնավորապես հետաքննության մեխանիզմների կիրառմանը, այդ թվում` համապատասխան սարքավորումների ներդրմանը, Ադրբեջանը դեմ է: «Բնական է, որ Ադրբեջանը դրան դեմ է գնում, բայց սա ցույց է տալիս, որ միջնորդներն արդեն անհանգստացած են և փորձում են նոր ուղիներ փնտրել»,- ասաց փոխնախարարը: Ըստ Շավարշ Քոչարյանի, եթե այս ուղղությամբ էլ համանախագահները հաջողության չհասնեն, ապա ուշ թե շուտ, պետք է հասունանա մեկ այլ մոտեցում՝ կամ Ադրբեջանին պարտադրանք, կամ էլ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության ճանաչման գործընթաց:
