Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության (ԱՏԳ) մասնակիցների համար հավաքագրել և ՊԵԿ պաշտոնական կայքէջում հրապարակել է լիազորված տնտեսական օպերատորի (ԼՏՕ) վերաբերյալ բիզնեսին հետաքրքրող, առավել հաճախ հնչող հարցեր և պատասխաններ։
Ովքե՞ր և ինչպե՞ս կարող են դառնալ լիազորված տնտեսական օպերատոր, քանի՞ տիպի ԼՏՕ գոյություն ունի, ինչպիսի՞ պահանջներ են ներկայացվում, ի՞նչ առավելություններ ունեն ԼՏՕ-ները։ Այս և այլ հարցերի պատասխաններն արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության մասնակիցները կարող են գտնել ՊԵԿ պաշտոնական www.src.am կայքի «Իրավաբանական անձ» էջի «Մաքսային ծառայություն» բաժնի «Լիազորված տնտեսական օպերատոր» ենթաբաժնում։
Կոմիտեն ևս մեկ անգամ հիշեցնում է, որ ԼՏՕ կարող է դառնալ այն իրավաբանական անձը (ներմուծող, արտահանող, մաքսային միջնորդ, ժամանակավոր պահպանման պահեստի տիրապետող, մաքսային պահեստի տիրապետող, մաքսային փոխադրող), որը մաքսային օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված պահանջները բավարարելու դեպքում ընդգրկվում է ԼՏՕ-ների ռեեստրում և օգտվում մաքսային օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված՝ հատուկ պարզեցված ընթացակարգերով աշխատելու հնարավորությունից։
Լիազորված տնտեսական օպերատորի ինստիտուտը կիրառվում է գրեթե բոլոր զարգացած երկրներում: ԼՏՕ-ները այդ երկրներում դարձել են մաքսային մարմինների գործընկերներ և որոշակիորեն կրելով մաքսային մարմինների գործունեությանն օժանդակող գործառույթներ՝ այլ տնտեսվարողների համար ստեղծում են հնարավորություն որակյալ, մատչելի և համապարփակ ծառայություններից օգտվելու համար։
