Ռուստամ Բաքոյանը գերեվարված Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի գործով գրություններ է ուղարկել միջազգային գործընկերներին

«Ես գյուղացի մարդ եմ, ոչ թե՝ ահաբեկիչ»։ Այս խոսքերն է հնչեցրել հայազգի Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանը՝ ադրբեջանական դատարանում։ Վերջինիս ձերբակալումն ի սկզբանե եղել է ակնհայտ ռազմական հանցագործության շարունակություն, իսկ այս ամենից հետո նրա նկատմամբ իրականացվող քրեաիրավական գործընթացները՝ Ադրբեջանի նման տոտալիտար երկրում մարդու իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումների վառ ապացույց։ Այդ մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ռուստամ Բաքոյանը․
«Ադրբեջանը, լինելով ԵԽ անդամ երկիր, վավերացնելով Մարդու իրավունքների և հիմնարար ազատությունների պաշտպանության մասին եվրոպական կոնվենցիան, այնուամենայնիվ ակնհայտորեն ձևական և կեղծ դատավարության իրականացման ժամանակ անգամ խախտել է ազգությամբ հայի՝ Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի արդար դատաքննության իրավունքը։
Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանը հերքել է իր մասնակցությունը այսպես կոչված «Մեշալի դեպքերին» և հայերենով ներողություն խնդրել՝ բառացիորեն ասելով, որ այնտեղ չի եղել։ Այսինքն անձը փաստացի չի ընդունել իրեն առաջադրված քրեական մեղադրանքը, այնինչ թարգմանիչը՝ դիտավորյալ և ակնհայտորեն ադրբեջանական պետական քաղաքականության շրջանակներում վարվող հակահայ գործելաոճի տիրույթում գործելով, ներկաներին փոխանցել է, որ Խաչատրյանը ներողություն է խնդրում ադրբեջանական ժողովրդից այն բոլոր միջադեպերի համար, որոնք կատարել են հայերը։ Դատավարական ողջ պրոցեսում խեղաթյուրվել են Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի մտքերը, արդյունքում՝ վերջինս դատապարտվել է 15 տարվա ազատազրկման։
Հրատապ գրություններ եմ ուղարկել իմ միջազգային գործընկերներին՝ իրենց վերապահված լիազորությունների շրջանակում Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի շուտափույթ վերադարձը Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ապահովելու համար։
Խնդրել եմ քաղաքական մակարդակով արձանագրել, որ Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի նկատմամբ իրականացվող դատավարությունն ամբողջությամբ կեղծ է և նպատակ ունի քողարկել Ադրբեջանի հանցավոր հակահայ գործունեությունը և իրականացված ռազմական հանցագործությունները»,- գրել է նա։
