Հազիվ թե դա ամենահաճելի զբաղմունքներից է...․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երբ Աննա Վարդապետյանին գլխավոր դատախազ կարգելու ընթացքին անդրադառնալով՝ հատկապես իրավաբանական հանրույթը, փորձագետները կոշտ գնահատականներ էին հնչեցնում, որոշները նեղացածի կեցվածք էին ընդունում: Ավելին, փորձում էին տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե՝ արտառոց ոչինչ չկա, որ ամեն ինչ օրինական է, տեղը՝ տեղին: Մինչդեռ պարզից էլ պարզ էր, որ գլխավոր դատախազ նշանակվող Աննա Վարդապետյանի առանցքային առաքելությունը կոնկրետ մեկ անձի՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քաղաքական իշխանության շահերի սպասարկումն է: Հիմա դա ապացուցվում է ամենօրյա ռեժիմով: Մինչ Եվրոպական խորհրդարանն ինքնամոռաց ծափ էր տալիս «իրենց սրտի» Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, Հայաստանում շարունակում էր ավելանալ քաղաքական բանտարկյալների թիվը: Վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում կոնկրետ բանտարկվածների թիվը մի փոքր նվազեց:
«Որդիների կանչ» ՀԿ անդամ Գարիկ Գալեյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխեցին և որդեկորույս, առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող մարդուն «տնային կալանք» տվեցին: Ինչպիսի՜ «մեծահոգություն»: Երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի որդին՝ քաղբանտարկյալ Լևոն Քոչարյանը, բանտից ազատ արձակվեց օրենքի ուժով: Տաթև Վիրաբյանի մասին թեպետ փաստաբանը հայտարարել է, որ օրերս նա էլ բանտից կազատվի, բայց որքան հայտնի է, դեռ բանտում է, իբրև թե՝ «բռնության կոչեր» անելու մեղադրանքով: Նախօրեին, ի դեպ, կալանավորների շարքերը համալրեց ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Արագած Ախոյանը... մի 5 ամիս առաջ, ֆեյսբուքներում արած ինչ-որ գրառման համար: Ու այս և մի քանի անգամ ավելի՝ չնշված «գործերով» գլխավոր դատախազն, ըստ էության, կատարել է այն գործառույթը, ինչի համար էլ նշանակվել է՝ սպասարկել իրեն նշանակող Փաշինյանի շահերը, կատարել նրա երազանքը՝ պատժել ընդդիմադիրներին կամ նրանց, ովքեր իշխանության «թանին թթու կասեն»:
Ըստ այդմ, կալանքը դարձել է պատժի միջոց: Եթե ինչ-որ մեկը կհավատա, թե առանց «վերևից» հրահանգի են նման արհեստական վարույթներ նախաձեռնվում, ապօրինաբար անազատության մեջ պահում մարդկանց, առնվազն միամտություն է: Հազիվ թե դա ամենահաճելի զբաղմունքներից է, ու հազիվ թե դրանից հաճույք են ստանում... Բայց կատարում են, սիրով, թե ոչ, այլ հարց է, բայց կատարում են ջերմեռանդությամբ: Ի դեպ, մատով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ցույց տալը, թե՝ այ, իր հրահանգն է, մենք ինչ անենք, հազիվ թե օգնի: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պաշտոնավարումը ցույց է տալիս, որ ինքը երբեք մեղավոր «չի լինում»... Բոլորը՝ բացի իրենից...
