Արա Պապյանը ռուս-թուրքական լարված հարաբերություններից օգտվելու հնարավորություններ է տեսնում

Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի լարված հարաբերությունները հիանալի հնարավորություն են Հայաստանի համար իր շահերն առաջ տանելու առումով: Հունվարի 14-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց «Մոդուս Վիվենդի» կենտրոնի ղեկավար Արա Պապյանը: «Սա հիանալի հնարավորություն է Հայաստանի համար ռուսական շրջանակներում մեր շահերի և իրավունքների մասին բարձրաձայնելու համա ր, ինչը շատ դժվար է, բայց հնարավոր: Սա հնարավորություն է, որից պետք է օգտվել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Պապյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ հարկավոր է բարձրաձայնել, որ միայն քրդական գործոնը չէ, որը հիմա Ռուսաստանն օգտագործում է Թուրքիայի դեմ, կա նաև հայկական հարցը: «Այո, քրդերն ապրում են և «դե ֆակտո» տնօրինում են այդ տարածքը, սակայն «դե յուրե» դա մերն է: Կարելի է փոխադարձ ինչ-որ ընդունելի տարբերակ գտնել: Կարելի է գտնել մի տարբերակ, որ երբ հետագայում, օրինակ, ինչ-որ քրդական պետություն ստեղծվի կամ համաշխարհային կառավարման ինչ-որ ձև ստեղծվի, հայերի շահերն այդտեղ ևս հաշվի առնվեն: Եթե դու չես հնչեցնում, քո պահանջը չես դնում, իսկ կողքինները չեն իմանում, որ դ ու ինչ-որ բաներ ունես, որի վրա կարող ես քո իրավունքները խարսխել, ոչինչ էլ չի կարող լինել»,- ընդգծեց քաղաքագետը:
Նա նշեց, որ յուրաքանչյուրն իր ոլորտում պետք է տեսնի, թե ինչ նոր հնարավորություններ են բացվում, որից կարելի է ինչ-որ ձևով օգվել և ներկայացնել Հայաստանի շահերը:
Մոսկվայի եւ Անկարայի միջեւ հարաբերությունները սրվել են, երբ նոյեմբերի 24-ին ռուսաստանյան Սու-24 ինքնաթիռը Սիրիայի տարածքում թուրքական սահմանից 1կմ հեռավորության վրա կործանվել է Թուրքիայի օդուժի կողմից արձակված «երկինք-երկինք» հրթիռի կողմից եւ վայր ընկելԹուրքիայի սահմանից 4 կմ հեռավորության վրա: Սիրիայում կառավարական ուժերի դեմ կռվող եւ Թուրքիայի կողմից հովանավորվող թուրքմենական ջոկատի հրամանատարը գնդակահարել է կատապուլտվելով ինքնաթիռից դուրս նետված օդաչուներից մեկին: Գնդակոծության ժամանակ զոհվել է նաեւ մի ռուս զինծառայող այն խմբի կազմից, որն ուղարկվել էր օդաչուների որոնողական-փրկարար գործողություն անցկացնելու: ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն այդ իրադարձությունն անվանել է «ահաբեկիչների հանցակիցների կողմից ՌԴ թիկունքին հարված»: Նա նշել, որ Սու-24-ը չէր սպառնում Թուրքիային եւ ինքնաթիռի հետ կապված ողբերգությունը «լուրջ հետեւանքներ է ունենալու Մոսկվայի եւ Անկարայի միջեւ հարաբերությունների համար»:
