Հայտնաբերվել է Գորիս քաղաքում հրազենի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու և խուլիգանական դրդումներով մեկ անձի թեթև մարմնական վնասվածք հասցնելու համար քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկվող Տ․ Խաչատրյանը։ 

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն 22.06.23թ․ տեղեկացրել էր, որ ՀՀ ՔԿ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում Տ.Խաչատրյանի նկատմամբ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 171-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետով և 297-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել։

Վերջինս մեղադրվում է այն բանում, որ 2023թ․ հունիսի 19-ին՝ ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, իրեն պատկանող «Mercedes-Benz» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, երկու մտերիմների հետ, գնացել է Գորիս քաղաքում գործող ավտոտեխսպասարկման կետ՝ մինչ այդ ավտոմեքենայի համար անվադողեր գնելու հարցի շուրջ հեռախոսային խոսակցության ընթացքում ծագած վիճաբանության կապակցությամբ  պարզաբանումներ կատարելու նպատակով։

Անվադողերի վաճառքով զբաղվող 46-ամյա անձի հետ պարզաբանումներ կատարելու ընթացքում, չնչին առիթն օգտագործելով, իր սեփական անձի առավելություններն ընդգծելու և այդ կերպ հանդուգն վարքագիծ դրսևորելու մոլուցքով, խուլիգանական դրդումներով, նա վիճաբանություն է հրահրել ավտոտեխսպասարկման կետի աշխատակիցների հետ, նրանց հասցեին հնչեցրել սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ։

Ապա, համակեցության կանոնների ցուցադրաբար անտեսմամբ, ավտոտեխսպասարկման կետի հարևանությամբ գտնվող քաղաքացիների, թաղամասի բնակիչների, սպասարկման կետերի անդորրը խախտելով, իր մոտ ապօրինի կրած հրազենով կրակոց է արձակել 46-ամյա տղամարդու ուղղությամբ` վերջինիս պատճառելով առողջության թեթև վնասի հատկանիշներ պարունակող մարմնական վնասվածք և հեռացել դեպքի վայրից՝ լքելով Գորիսի տարածքը:

Միջնորդություն էր ներկայացվել դատարան՝ Տ․ Խաչատրյանի նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ, որը բավարարվել էր։ Ոստիկանությանը տրվել էր նրան  հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու հանձնարարություն։

Կատարված քննչական, վարութային, ինչպես նաև օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ստացված տվյալների իրացման արդյունքում 2023թ․ նոյեմբերի 8-ին, դատարանի որոշման հիման վրա իրականացված խուզարկության ընթացքում Տ․ Խաչատրյանը հայտնաբերվել է Երևան քաղաքում՝ իրենց առանձնատանը։ Վերջինս  ձերբակալվել է և ներկայացվել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։ 

Ծանուցում. հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
