POLITICSԱնդրանիկ Քոչարյանը ստում է: Սերժ Սարգսյանը 44-օրյա պատերազմի քննիչ հանձնաժողովի նիստում չի ասել, որ Արշակ Կարապետյանին ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի ռազմական կցորդ է նշանակել Ռուսաստանի պահանջով: Այս մասին «Իմնեմնիմի» փոդքասթի 48-րդ թողարկման ընթացքում ասաց Նարեկ Սամսոնյանը` նշելով, որ այս մասին իրեն հայտնել է ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
Նարեկ Սամսոնյանը մանրամասներ պատմեց Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ զրույցից` նշելով, որ իբրև Ռուսաստանի ցանկությամբ Արշակ Կարապետյանին ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի ռազմական կցորդի պաշտոնում նշանակելու մասին Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի հայտարարությունից հետո զրուցել է երրորդ նախագահի հետ և հարցրել` արդյո՞ք Քոչարյանի հայտարարությունը համապատասխանում է իրականությանը:
«Սերժ Սարգսյանն ասաց. «Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը ստում է: Ես ասել եմ, որ Արշակ Կարապետյանին նշանակել եմ ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի ռազմական կցորդի պաշտոնում, քանի որ նա կապեր ուներ Ռուսաստանում և կարող էր օգտակար լինել։ Ես իմ պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում որևէ պաշտոնյայի Ռուսաստանի ցանկությամբ չեմ նշանակել»»,- Սերժ Սարգսյանի խոսքերը փոխանցեց Սամսոնյանը։
Սամսոնյանն ասաց, որ տարբեր երկրների՝ և՛ Ռուսաստանի, և՛ Արևմուտքի պահանջով պաշտոնյաներ նշանակելու գործելաոճը հատուկ է գործող իշխանությանը։
Հիշեցնենք` ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ՔՊ-ական Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը օրերս հայտարարել էր, որ երբ Սերժ Սարգսյանին հյուրընկալել են 44-օրյա պատերազմի քննիչ հանձնաժողովում ու լսել, հարց են հղել՝ «ի՞նչ կարծիքի է Արշակ Կարապետյանի մասին, նաև նախկինում, երբ ղեկավարել է բանակի հետախուզական ծառայությունը և հեռացվել այդ պաշտոնից որպես ոչ միայն թերացած, այլ շատ թերացած»: «Սերժ Սարգսյանը մեզ պատասխանել է, որ՝ այո՛, իրեն և էլի մի շարք գեներալների հեռացրել է զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից: Բնական հարց առաջացավ՝ պարոն Սարգսյան, ինչո՞ւ հանեցիք, ի՞նչ թերացման մասին է, և եթե հանել եք, ապա ինչո՞ւ նշանակեցիք ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի ռազմական կցորդ: Շատ անկեղծ պարոն Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ այդպես ցանկացան ՌԴ-ում, և ինքը ստացավ իր նշանակումը»,- ասել է Քոչարյանը:
