Արցախցիները մինչև նոյեմբերի 15-ը պետք է ազատեն կացարանները

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանվածների համար կիրականացվի երկամսյա (նոյեմբեր, դեկտեմբեր ամիսների համար) սոցիալական աջակցության միջոցառում, ամսական վճարումը՝ 50 000 դրամ։ Այս մասին Կառավարության՝ նոյեմբերի 9-ի նիստին ասաց ԱՍՀ նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը․ «Միջոցառման շահառու կդառնան 100 հազար դրամ միանվագ սոցիալական աջակցության միջոցառման շահառու հանդիսացող մարդիկ՝ որոշ բացառություններով: Միջոցառման շահառու չեն դառնա հյուրանոցներում կամ հյուրատներում ժամանակավոր բնակվող, ՀՀ-ում չգտնվող և բանկային հաշիվներում 2 միլիոն դրամական շեմից ավելի դրամական միջոց ունեցող անձինք»։
Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ զինծառայողների ապահովագրության ազգային հիմնադրամից հատուցում ստացող անձինք ևս ծրագրի շահառու չեն դառնա: Ծրագրից չեն կարող օգտվել նաև մինչև տեղահանումը ՀՀ-ում հաշվառվածները: Ծրագրի համար դիմողն իր դիմումը լրացնելիս կտա իր բանկային հաշիվների հանրագումարային մնացորդը ստուգելու համաձայնություն, որի արդյունքում ԿԲ-ն կպարզի մնացորդը, և սահմանված շեմը չգերազանցող անձանց մասով կկատարվեն վճարումները:
