Հայտնաբերվել է Սիսիանում 3 անձի դանակահարելու համար մեղադրվողը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն տեղեկացրել է, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սիսիանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ էին ստացվել այն մասին, որ 2023թ․ հուլիսի 9-ին՝ ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում, Սիսիան համայնքի Իսրայելյան և Խանջյան փողոցների խաչմերուկում 28-ամյա երիտասարդն իր վարած «Վազ 21043» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով բախվել է 72-ամյա համաքաղաքացու կողմից վարած «Նիսսան X-Trail» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, որից հետո վիճաբանություն է առաջացել երիտասարդի և տեղում հավաքված անձանց միջև: Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև երիտասարդի եղբայրը՝ 30-ամյա տղամարդը:
Վիճաբանության ընթացքում հավաքվածներից մեկը՝ 23-ամյա Լ․Ք․-ն, խուլիգանական դրդումներով, կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, սուր կտրող-ծակող գործիքով հարվածներ է հասցրել եղբայրներին՝ կրծքավանդակի հատվածում։ Սակայն սպանության կատարումը նշված անձը ավարտին հասցնել չի կարողացել, քանի որ ներկաների միջամտությամբ միջադեպը դադարել է, իսկ եղբայները տեղափոխվել են բուժհաստատություն և նրանց ժամանակին ցուցաբերվել է համապատասխան բժշկական օգնություն։ Բացի այդ, 23-ամյա երիտասարդը միջադեպի ընթացքում դանակով հարվածել է նաև վիճաբանող կողմերին բաժանող 71-ամյա մի տղամարդու՝ վերջիններիս պատճառելով մարմնի տարբեր մասերի կտրած-ծակած կյանքի համար ոչ վտանգավոր, առողջության տևական քայքայում առաջացնող վնասվածքներ:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա 23-ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ 2023թ. հուլիսի 11-ին հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 12-րդ կետով (խուլիգանական դրումներով սպանության փորձը)՝ երկու դրվագ, և 167-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ և 12-րդ կետով (զենքի կամ մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու համար նախապես պատրաստված կամ հարմարեցված առարկայի կամ միջոցի գործադրմամբ, խուլիգանական դրդումներով, մեկ այլ անձի առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելը)։
Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը և հայտարարվել հետախուզում:
Կատարված քննչական, վարութային, ինչպես նաև օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներով ստացված տվյալների իրացման արդյունքում 2023թ․ նույեմբերի 9-ին մեղադրյալ Լ․ Ք․-ն հայտնաբերվել է Երևան քաղաքում՝ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում և ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին:
