2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին, ժամը 07։10-ին Ադրբեջանը լայնածավալ հարձակում սկսեց Արցախի դեմ: Պատերազմը տևեց 44 օր և ավարտվեց նոյեմբերի 9-ին՝ Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ: Այսօր լրանում է նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության ստորագրման երրորդ տարին։ Ինչպիսի՞ փոփոխություններ կան հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերություններում․ այս թեմայի շուրջ MediaHub-ը զրուցեց ադրբեջանագետ Գառնիկ Դավթյանի հետ։
«Հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները 2020 թվականից մինչև 2023 թվական «զարգացել են» կորուստի, ձախողման մթնոլորտում։ «Խաղաղության պայմաագիրը» պարունակում է ավելի շատ մարտահրավերներ և Հայաստանի պետազրկում, քան բուն խաղաղություն ըստ իմաստի և կառուցվածքի։ Ադրբեջանական կողմը հստակ ունի պլանավորած արտաքին քաղաքականություն՝ ստեղծել իրավիճակ, որը կար 2020 թվականի պատերազմից առաջ։ Այսինքն՝ չլինեն բանակցություններ, ադրբեջանական կողմի պահանջները չափից շատ են։ Ստեղծել այնպիսի իրավիճակ՝ համոզելով միջազգային հանրությանը, որ այլ տարբերակ չկա, քան ՀՀ-ին պարտավորել ուժով կատարել իր պարտավորությունները»,- ասաց Դավթյանը։
Ըստ ադրբեջանագետի՝ խոսքը գնում է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի», 100.000 փախստական ադրբեջանցիների վերադառնալու մասին․ «Ի վնաս ՀՀ-ի՝ արձանագրվել են տարածքային կորուստներ ամեն տարվա կտրվածքով։ Ադրբեջանական կողմը օգտվելով կապիտուլացած և պարտված պետության իշխանության կզած կարգավիճակից, այսինքն՝ հանձնել, զիջել և ակնկալել, որ թշնամին չիրականացնի այն ցեղասպանությունը, որը թուրքական կողմը արել է 1915 թվականին»։
«Կան կետեր, որոնք էական պրոբլեմ են ստեղծում Հայաստանի համար «Խաղաղության պայմանագրում»։ Մեկը փախստականների վերադարձի խնդիրն է և օկուպացված Հայաստանի տարածքների վերադարձը, որը ադրբեջանական կողմը որևէ ձև չի համաձայնում։ Ես չեմ հավատում առհասարակ Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության որևէ ֆորմատին առնվազն 50 տարի։ Եվ ես չեմ հավատում, որ առաջիկա տարիներում հնարավոր կլինի Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև իրական խաղաղության հասնել»,- եզրափակեց Դավթյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Բելգիայում և Լյուքսեմբուրգում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանն ասել է, թե 300.000 «Հայաստանից վտարված» ադրբեջանցիները սպասում են ԵՄ-ի արդարադատությանը «մարդկության դեմ հանցագործության» մասով, և սպասում են, թե երբ են վերադառնալու Հայաստան։ Այլ կերպ ասած, մենք կանգնած ենք մի խնդրի առաջ, որ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է «Հայաստանը գրավել» այս հիմքով:
