ԵՄ-ն վտանգավոր կախվածության մեջ է ընկել Էրդողանից. Ավստրիայի ԱԳ նախարար

ԵՄ-ն որոշել Է փախստականների համար պատասխանատվության մի մասը բարդել Թուրքիայի վրա, որպեսզի ձեռքերը չկեղտոտի, մինչդեռ Անկարան չափազանց մեծ իշխանություն Է ստացել: Այս մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտարարել Է Ավստրիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սեբաստիան Կուրցը:
«Մենք պետք Է Թուրքիային փոխանցենք միայն այն խնդիրները, որոնց լուծման համար թուրքական կողմի մասնակցությունը խիստ անհրաժեշտ Է, այն Է՝ միգրանտներին ապաստան տրամադրելը, հայտարարել Է Կուրցը: Բայց երբ ԵՄ-ն ընդհանուր սահմանների անվտանգության ապահովման պարտականությունները պատվիրակում Է Անկարային, մեծ կախվածություն Է առաջանում, որը, ինչպես ես եմ կարծում, շատ վտանգավոր Է»,-հայտարարել Է Կուրցը գերմանական Die Welt թերթին տված հարցազրույցում:
Կուրցի խոսքով՝ քաղաքական գործիչներից շատերն զգուշանում են, որ սահմանային գոտու հսկողությունը գլուխ չի գա առանց բռնություն կիրառելու: Սակայն ԵՄ-ն չի կարող պարզապես վերցնել եւ այդ «կեղտոտ աշխատանքը» դնել Թուրքիայի վրա, որպեսզի ինքը չկեղտոտվի: Այսպես թե այնպես, փախստականների հետ կապված իրադրությունը գլուխ չի գա առանց «դաժանության այլանդակ տեսարանների», նշել Է նա:
Անկարայի հետ համագործակցությունը Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի միգրացիոն քաղաքականության առավել կարեւոր բաղադրիչն Է, սակայն Թուրքիան այս ճգնաժամի կարգավորման ոչ մի իրական փորձ չի ձեռնարկում: Կուրցի կարծիքով՝ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը ԵՄ-ի հետ պայմանավորվածություններն օգտագործում Է որպես Եվրոպայի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու լրացուցիչ լծակներ:
Ավելի վաղ Եվրահանձնաժողովը (ԵՀ) հավանություն Է տվել Թուրքիայում ապաստանած փախստականների համար 3 միլիարդ եվրոյի չափով հատուկ հիմնադրամի ստեղծմանը, որից ԵՀ-ն ինքը կհատկացնի 500 միլիոն եվրոն, իսկ մնացած 2,5 միլիարդ եվրոն պետք Է տրամադրեն ԵՄ-ի երկրները:
ԵՄ-ի «Ֆրոնտեքս» գործակալության վերջին տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2015 թվականի առաջին տասն ամսվա ընթացքում Եվրամիության երկրների տարածք Է ժամանել շուրջ 1,2 միլիոն միգրանտ: Եվրահանձնաժողովը հայտարարել Է, որ ներկայիս միգրացիոն ճգնաժամը խոշորագույնն Է աշխարհում Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ժամանակներից ի վեր, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
