Ջալալ Հարությունյանի նկատմամբ նոր քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել

Արցախի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Ջալալ Հարությունյանի քրեական գործով որոշակի զարգացումներն կան: Այս մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց նրա փաստաբան Արսեն Սարդարյանը։
«Շուրջ 5 ամիս տևած ռազմագիտական համալիր փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը ստացել ենք, սպաները միակարծիք եզրակացություն են տվել, որը, կարծում եմ, յուրաքանչյուր իրավաբանի գնահատմամբ առերևույթ վկայում է Ջալալ Հարությունյանին մեղսագրվող գործողություններում նրան առաջադրված հանրային հետապնդման հիմքերի բացակայության մասին։ Այս եզրակացությունը ստանալուց հետո, ունեցանք դատախազության կողմից կայացրած հիմնավոր որոշում առաջին դրվագով (հակահարվածի մասին) մեղադրանքը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ»,-ասաց Արսեն Սարդարյանը։
Մանրամասնելով՝ փաստաբանն ասաց, թե Ջալալ Հարությունյանին մեղադրում էին, թե իբր ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը հաշվի չի առել, այդ իրադրությունում թշնամու նկատմամբ հարձակում կատարելը չէր կարող կանոնադրության պահանջներից բխել.
«Ռազմագետները միանշանակ պատասխանեցին, որ այդ իրադրությունում դա ոչ միայն եղել է օրինական, այլև եղել է անհրաժեշտություն, որը կատարվել է Ջալալ Հարությունյանի կողմից: Այս մասով քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցվեց»,-ասաց փաստաբանը։
«Սակայն երկրորդ դրվագի մասով քրեական նոր հետապնդում առաջադրվեց, անունով նոր է, բայց այն ամբողջությամբ կրկնում է արդեն իսկ առաջադրված նախկին մեղադրանքը, և, կարծես, այս ռազմագիտական փորձաքննությունը ընդհանրապես գոյություն չի ունեցել», - ասաց Սարդարյանը։
