Ալավերդիում հայտնաբերվել են մեծ թվով օրինախախտ վարորդներ, զենք-զինամթերք, թմրամիջոցներ

Արդեն տևական ժամանակ է՝ ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանի և ՀՀ Ոստիկանության պետ, Ներքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Արամ Հովհաննիսյանի կարգադրություններով ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումները համագործակցելով ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության հետ՝ ծառայության ՊԾ պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Խուդինյանի գլխավորությամբ, հսկայածավալ աշխատանքներ են իրականացրել առաջին հերթին ազգաբնակչության հետ տանելով բացատրական աշխատանքներ, ինչի շնորհիվ էլ հայտնաբերվել են մեծ թվով ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք, ռազմամթերք, երբեմն էլ՝ բնակիչները ինքնակամ պարեկային ծառայության գումարտակներին են փոխանցել իրենց մոտ պահվող զենք զինամթերքները՝ այդ կերպ ազատվելով քրեական պատասխանատվությունից, եթե պարզվել է, որ այդ զենք-զինամթերքով քրեորեն պատժելի արարք տեղի չի ունեցել:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նոյեմբերի 7-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության պետ Ա. Խուդինյանի կարգադրությամբ Լոռու մարզի Թումանյան խոշորացված համայնքում իրականացվել է հատուկ օպերացիա, որը կրել է՝ «խելոք գառը յոթը մոր կաթ է ուտում» անունը ու դրա շրջանակում իրականացվել է ուժեղացված ծառայություն, որը ղեկավարել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ՊԾ Լոռու մարզի գումարտակի հրամանատար Արմեն Բեժանյանը:
Լոռու մարզի ոտիկանության պետ Արթուր Զաքարյանի հանձնարարականով էլ պարեկներին էին միացել ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության և համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքների ծառայողները և ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները անգամ այնպիսի ճանապարհներում էին ստուգումներ կատարում, որ վարորդների մտքով անցել է, թե այդ հատվածներում կկարողանան խույս տալ ոստիկաններից:
Ուժեղացված ծառայության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է մեծ քանակի զենք-զինամթերք, ոչ սթափ վիճակում ավտոմեքենա վարած վարորդներ, վարելու ընթացքում ծխախոտ օգտագործող վարորդներ, վարորդներ, ովքեր ամրակապված չեն եղել, մոտ 15-ից ավելի վարորդներ ավտոմեքենաները վարել են մգեցված կողային ապակիներով, մոտ 10 վարորդներ չեն ունեցել ավտոմեքենայի տեխնիկական զննություն, հայտնաբերվել են նաև թմրամիջոցներ, գաղտնի փականով դանակներ և այլ իրեր:
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ մոտ 20-ից ավելի վարորդների էլ պարեկները ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության կանոնների հետ կապված իրավաբանական օգնություն են ցուցաբերել:
