«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայ-ֆրանսիական հարաբերությունները այն քիչ, եթե ոչ՝ եզակի բաներից են, որ 2018-ին իշխանության գալուց հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի կարողացել փչացնել: Այո, հայ-ֆրանսիական հարաբերությունները, առնվազն 1991 թվականից սկսած, առանձնացել են բազմաթիվ այլ երկրների հետ երկկողմ հարաբերություններից: Ու դա մի շարք գործոններով է պայմանավորված՝ թե՛ օբյեկտիվ, թե՛ սուբյեկտիվ: Եվ ահա, Մակրոնի հետ հանդիպումից հետո Փաշինյանը X-ի իր էջում գրել է, որ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի հետ զրույցը հիանալի էր, իսկ հարաբերություններն էլ գնահատել է «բացառիկ բարեկամական», որոնք, ի լրումն, խորացվում են: Դա շատ լավ է:
Բայց... Փաշինյանը շատ է սիրում «բացառիկ», «աննախադեպ» և նման գերադրական բնորոշումներ, բայց մյուս կողմից՝ բավական է, որ նա մի բան սկսի «բացառիկել», այդ ուղղությամբ որոշակի աննախադեպ փլուզում է լինում: Ֆրանսիայի հետ իսկապես էլ ակնհայտ մերձեցումը ստիպում է, սակայն, որոշակի զգուշությամբ նայել այդ ամենին:
Մանավանդ, որ դա տեղի է ունենում նույն Փաշինյանի կողմից Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները ցուցադրաբար փչացնելու, ավելին՝ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները ամենաիսկական թշնամանքի վերածելու խորապատկերում: Մյուս կողմից՝ տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ մենք հաճախ ենք ծայրահեղությունների մեջ ընկնում. «եղբայրական», «ամենառազմավարական» հարաբերություններից կտրուկ անցնում ենք համարյա թշնամականի, «ամենաջերմից»՝ ամենասառը հարաբերությունների և այլն:
Իհարկե, բոլոր ոչ թշնամական երկրների հետ պետք է պահել բնականոն հարաբերություններ, բայց պահպանելով որոշակի դիվերսիֆիկացիա, ընդ որում՝ չընկնելով ծայրահեղ պիտակավորումների հորձանուտ, չմոռանալով տարածաշրջանային առանձնահատկությունները, առավել ևս՝ երկրների շահերն ու դրանց հետ՝ մեր շահերի համապատասխանության կետերը:
