ՀՀ-ն հայց է ներկայացրել ընդդեմ Բաքվի․ ե՞րբ որոշում կկայացնի ՄԱԿ-ի դատարանը

Հաագայում ՄԱԿ-ի Միջազգային դատարանը նոյեմբերի 17-ին Ադրբեջանի դեմ միջանկյալ միջոցների մասին որոշում կկայացնի Հայաստանի հայցով։ Այս մասին հայտարարել են գերատեսչությունում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանը Բաքվին մեղադրում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում լարվածության պատճառով ռասսայական խտրականության մասին կոնվենցիան խախտելու մեջ։
«Ուրբաթ օրը` նոյեմբերի 17-ին, Միջազգային դատարանը վճիռ կկայացնի Հայաստանի կողմից 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 28-ին ներկայացված միջանկյալ միջոցներ կիրառելու հայցի մասով ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր ձևերի վերացման վերաբերյալ գործով Միջազգային կոնվենցիայի գործադրման առնչությամբ (Հայաստանն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի)»,– ասված է դատարանի տարածած հաղորդագրությունում։
Իր հայցում Երեւանը խնդրում է դատարանին պարտավորեցնել Բաքվին ձեռնպահ մնալ ցանկացած միջոցից, որը կարող է հանգեցնել ռասայական խտրականության մասին կոնվենցիայի խախտմանը, և ցանկացած գործողությունից, որն ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի կերպով կարող է հանգեցնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից մնացած հայերի դուրս մղմանը կամ մարդկանց անվտանգ և արագ վերադարձը կանխելուն, ինչպես նաև իր զինվորականներին և իրավապահներին դուրս բերել քաղաքացիական օբյեկտներից:
Հայաստանը նաև խնդրում է դատարանին կարգադրել, որ Ադրբեջանն ապահովի ՄԱԿ-ի և դրա մասնագիտացված հաստատությունների անարգել հասանելիությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի էթնիկ հայերին, ինչպես նաև նպաստի և չխոչընդոտի Կարմիր Խաչի գործունեությանը՝ ղարաբաղահայությանը մարդասիրական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու համար:
