Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների սրման համար մեղադրում են Լավրովին

Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում առկա անջրպետը խորանում է երկրաչափական պրոգրեսիայով, իսկ գործող իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, այլևս չեն էլ թաքցնում իրենց մտադրությունը՝ հնարավորինս փչացնել հարաբերությունները Մոսկվայի հետ։
Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանն օրերս չմասնակցեց ԱՊՀ երկրների ԱԽ քարտուղարների խորհրդի նիստին, փոխարենը Երևանում նույն օրն ընդունեց ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ ամերիկացի համանախագահ Լուիս Բոնոյին։ Այդ հանգամանքը, նշենք, չէր վրիպել ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովայի ուշադրությունից։ Փաշինյանն անգամ չի հաստատել իր մասնակցությունը նոյեմբերի 23-ին կայանալիք ԱՊՀ և ԵԱՏՄ ղեկավարների նիստերին։
Երևանի և Մոսկվայի հարաբերությունների խզման պատճառով Ռուսաստանում կրկին «ռազբորկաներ» են, իշխանությունն իր ներսում փորձում է պարզել, թե ով և ինչ ջանքեր է գործադրել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները փչացնելու համար, ով է մեղավոր, որ Հայաստանը մղոնանոց քայլերով շարժվում է դեպի Արևմուտքի գիրկը։ Կրեմլում կասկած չունեն, որ մեղավորը ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն է։ Վերջինս 2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո ստանձնել էր Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմի փաստաբանի դերը։ ԱԳՆ-ում պատմում են, որ Լավրովն անգամ աննախադեպ քայլերի էր դիմում՝ Փաշինյանին սիրաշահելու համար, Սմոլենսկի հրապարակում գտնվող շենքի դիմաց ընդունում էր Ալեն Սիմոնյանին, ապա իշխանություններին ասում, թե Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմն անփորձ «տղուկների» խումբ են, որոնք առանձնապես վտանգ չեն ներկայացնում և նրանց կարելի է վերահսկել։ Արդյունքում, նույն Ալեն Սիմոնյանը Երևան վերադառնալով հակառուսական հայտարարություններ էր անում, իսկ թիմակիցները ոչնչով չէին զիջում։
Լավրովին հարցեր կան նաև մյուս ուղղությունների ձախողման համար։ Այդ թվում Ուկրաինայի, որտեղ դիվանագիտական աշխատանքի ձախողման արդյունքում Ռուսաստանը ստիպված պատերազմի անցավ։ Եվ, այժմ ողջ սրությամբ դրվել է Լավրովի պաշտոնանկության հարցը։
Ձախողված է համարվում նաև Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության աշխատանքը։ ԱՀԾ-ն գրեթե միշտ իր գործողությունները համադրում է ԱԳՆ-ի հետ, և այս ձախողումն էլ կապված է Լավրովի անձի հետ։ Որին, թերևս, մոտ ապագայում կուղարկեն թոշակի։
