Ադրբեջանն օկուպացված Հադրութի շրջանում հայկական եկեղեցի է ավերել

Կովկասյան ժառանգության պաշտպանության միջազգային կազմակերպությունը (Caucasus Heritage Watch) ահազանգում է օկուպացված Արցախի Հադրութի շրջանում գտնվող հայկական եկեղեցու ավերման մասին, ինչը փաստում է ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային դատարանի որոշման խախտման մասին։
2022 թվականի ամռանը Caucasus Heritage Watch-ը արձանագրել էր 2020 թվական 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանի իրավասության տակ անցած Հադրութի շրջանի Մոխրենես գյուղի գրեթե ամբողջական ավերումը։ Հիմնովին ավերված կառույցների թվում էր նաև Մոխրենեսի Սուրբ Սարգիս հայկական եկեղեցին, որը կառուցվել էր 18-19-րդ դարերում։
Սակայն, ինչպես նշված է հրապարակման մեջ, Սուրբ Սարգիս եկեղեցու քանդումը, ըստ ամենայնի, վերջին քայլը չէր ադրբեջանական միջամտության առումով, քանի որ կազմակերպությունն իր շարունակական դիտարկման ընթացքում փաստագրել է ապացույցներ հետագա շինարարական աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ։
Կազմակերպությունը հիշեցնում է, որ Ադրբեջանը պարտավոր է պաշտպանել հայկական մշակութային ժառանգությունը և կանխել Մոխրենեսում հայկական դարավոր մշակութային և կրոնական կյանքը ջնջելու ցանկացած փորձ։
«2022 թվականին եկեղեցու ավերումը Միջազգային դատարանի 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի միջանկյալ միջոցի առաջին փաստագրված խախտումն է»,- ասված է կազմակերպության հրապարակման մեջ: Ըստ Caucasus Heritage Watch-ի՝ հարց է առաջանում՝ ինչպե՞ս կարձագանքի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը իր վճիռների խախտումներին և դրանք քողարկելու փորձերին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 7-ին որոշում էր կայացրել՝ պարտադրել Ադրբեջանին «ձեռնարկել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները՝ կանխելու և պատժելու վանդալիզմի ու պղծման գործողությունները՝ ուղղված հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության, ներառյալ՝ եկեղեցիների և այլ պաշտամունքի վայրերի, հուշարձանների, տեսարժան վայրերի, գերեզմանատների և արտեֆակտերի դեմ»:
