Լեմկինի ինստիտուտը դատապարտել է Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի ազատազրկման դատավճիռը

Լեմկինի անվան Ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման ինստիտուտը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որում դատապարտել է Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակիչ Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին տրված 15 տարվա ազատազրկման դատավճիռը։
«Մենք կոչ ենք անում միջազգային հանրությանը համոզել նախագահ Ալիևի վարչակարգին անհապաղ ազատ արձակել իր իրավասության ներքո գտնվող բոլոր հայերին և զերծ մնալ որևէ օգնություն ցուցաբերելուց, որը կարող է խորացնել Արցախում ցեղասպանության զոհերի տառապանքները կամ դրդել Ադրբեջանին ագրեսիայի ցանկացած անօրինական գործողություն իրականացնել»,–նշված է հայտարարության մեջ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Բաքվի ռազմական դատարանը Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին դատապարտեց 15 տարվա ազատազրկման:
Ադրբեջանը Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին մեղադում է «Խոջալուի շրջանի Մեշալի գյուղում ապօրինի հայկական զինված կազմավորումների կազմում ցեղասպանություն իրականացնելու մեջ»։
