ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին դեռևս կշարունակեն տրամադրել հին նմուշի անձնագրեր։
Այդ մասին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում հայտարարեց ՀՀ ՆԳՆ միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության պետ Արմեն Ղազարյանը` առաջին ընթերցմամբ ներկայացնելով «Քաղաքացու անձնագրի մասին» և «Նույնականացման քարտերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքներում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին փաթեթը։
Արմեն Ղազարյանը նշեց, որ 2017 թ. հունվարի 1-ին ավարտվել է ՀՀ կենսաչափական անձնագրերի և նույնականացման քարտերի համակարգը սպասարկող և բլանկներ տրամադրող լեհական ընկերության հետ կնքված պայմանագիրը։
«Դրանից հետո աշխատանքներ են տարվել համակարգի արդիականացման, նույնականացման քարտերի թողարկման, հանրային հավաստագրերի տրամադրման ավտոմատացման նոր համակարգերի ներդրման ուղղությամբ»,– ընդգծեց նա։
Ղազարյանի խոսքով` ՀՀ կառավարությունը որոշել է ավելի լայն բարեփոխումների գնալ և այս հարցը ներառել թվայնացման քաղաքականության օրակարգում` քաղաքացիներին ավելի մեծ ծավալով թվային ծառայություններ մատուցելու համար։
Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ 2022 թ. դեկտեմբերի 27-ին տեղեկատվական համակարգերի կառավարման խորհրդի նիստն է տեղի ունեցել, որտեղ հաստատվել է նույնականացման քարտերի և կենսաչափական անձնագրերի նոր համակարգի ներդրման անվտանգության պայմանները և մրցույթի շրջանակը։
Բացի այդ, նիստի ընթացքում խորհուրդը հաստատել է նույնականացման քարտերի և կենսաչափական անձնագրերի նոր համակարգի մշակման և ներդրման նախընտրելի ձևաչափը, այն է` այն արտապատվիրակել հանրային մասնավոր ընկերությանը։
Այդ իսկ պատճառով ԱԺ ներկայացված նախագծով առաջարկվում է հնարավորություն տալ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ-ին` տրամադրել դեռևս հին նմուշի անձնագրեր` մինչև համակարգի ամբողջական արդիականացումն ու ներդրումը։
