ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը նախատեսում է համալրել ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության ցանկերը

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը գերակայություն է համարում ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանությանը, փոխանցմանն ու հանրայնացմանն ուղղված քաղաքականությունը:
Նախարարությունն առաջիկայում նախատեսում է համալրել ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության ցանկերը, ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության շտեմարանը:
Նոյեմբերի 14-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Ալֆրեդ Քոչարյանն ասաց՝ ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության ցանկում 72 արժեք է գրանցված, այդ թիվն աճելու է: «Կարևորում ենք նաև ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության շտեմարանի համալրումը, թվային պորտալի ստեղծումը, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանվածների ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության մշակույթի պահպանությունը, այդ ժառանգության գույքագրումը, պահպանության և փոխանցման ապահովումը, օրինակ՝ բարբառները, երգն ու պարը, ավանդույթները և այլն»,-նշեց Քոչարյանը:
Նրա կարծիքով՝ անհրաժեշտ է նաև ընդլայնել ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանութան գործընթացներում համայնքների ժառանգությունը կրող խմբի, անհատների, հասարակական և մշակութային կազմակերպությունների ներգրավվածությունը, նպաստել միջազգային համագործակցությանն ու հայկական ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության միջազգային հանրահռչակմանը:
Ըստ նախարարության՝ հայկական ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության միջազգային հանրահռչակման միջոցով Հայաստանի ճանաչելիության բարձրացումը կլինի՝ ի նպաստ երկրի կայուն զարգացման և տնտեսական առաջընթացի: Ոլորտի միջազգային հանրահռչակումը իրականացվում է միջազգային տարբեր միջոցառումներին մասնակցությամբ, ինչպես նաև ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ ներկայացվող հայտերի գրանցմամբ: Ներկայում գրանցված է 7 հայտ և 1 ֆինանսական աջակցության ծրագիր, նախատեսվում է գրանցված հայտերի թիվը հասցնել 9-ի:
