LՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված 2384 անձի հետ աշխատանքային պայմանագիր է կնքվել

2023-ի սեպտեմբերի 19-ից մինչև նոյեմբերի սկիզբ ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված 2384 անձի հետ աշխատանքային պայմանագիր է կնքվել: Այդ մասին Հումանիտար կենտրոնի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Ռուբեն Սարգսյանը:
Ըստ նախարարի տեղակալի՝ նոյեմբերի 14-ի դրությամբ Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության 49 կենտրոնում որպես աշխատանք փնտրող հաշվառվել է ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված 3490 անձ, որից 3035-ը ստացել է գործազուրկի կարգավիճակ: 1336-ն ուղեգրվել են տարբեր գործատուների մոտ, նրանցից 289-ը աշխատանք է գտել, մնացածի մասով աշխատանքը շարունակվում է:
Մշակվել է նաև փորձնական մի ծրագիր, որի շրջանակում մինչև սեպտեմբերի 19-ը նախատեսվում էր զբաղվածությամբ ապահովել շահառուների 3 խմբի՝ 18-30 տարեկան չաշխատող-չսովորող երիտասարդներ, 30-40 տարեկան կանայք և սոցիալական նպաստ ստացողներ, և ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանումից հետո իրադարձությունների զարգացման հետևանքով այդ խմբին կավելանա ևս մեկ թիրախային խումբ, այն է՝ ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանվածները:
Ըստ Ռուբեն Սարգսյանի՝ մշակման փուլում է նաև երկու ծրագիր. առաջինը վերաբերում է ուսուցման վերապատրաստման կամ պրակտիկայի միջոցով աշխատանքի տեղավորմանը, որի ընթացքում պետությունն իր մասնակցությունն է ունենում կրթության ծախսերի, կրթաթոշակի կամ փորձառության ժամանակահատվածում աշխատավարձի ծախսերի փոխհատուցմանը, հետագայում նաև՝ գործատուի հարկերի չափերի փոխհատուցմանը:
Երկրորդ ծրագիրը վերաբերում է ինքնազբաղվածությանը, բիզնես վարելու հմտություններին, և այս նախաձեռնության շրջանակում լավագույն ծրագրերը կֆինասնավորվեն պետության կողմից: Երևանում ծրագիրն իրականացնելու դեպքում կֆինանսավորվեն 2 միլիոն դրամով, Երևանից դուրս՝ 4 միլիոն դրամով:
