Գործարար միջավայրի՝ պետական մարմինների հետ աշխատանքի դյուրացման ու արհեստածին խոչընդոտների վերացման համար անցյալ տարվա օգոստոսի 1-ից մինչև 2016 թ. հունվարի 1-ը պետական մարմինների կողմից (բացառությամբ հարկային և մաքսային մարմինների) ստուգումները կարող են իրականացվել միայն`
1.Պետական կառավարչական հիմնարկներում, պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպություններում, համայնքային ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպություններում, 100 տոկոս պետական բաժնեմասով փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերություններում և 100 տոկոս համայնքային բաժնեմասով փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերություններում.
2.Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով նախատեսված դեպքերում.
3.Տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտների գրավոր դիմումի հիման վրա.
4.Մանկապարտեզներում և դպրոցներում երեխաների սննդի կազմակերպման նկատմամբ իրականացվող ստուգումների.
5.Հանրային անվտանգության, անձանց իրավունքների, կյանքի և առողջության պաշտպանության, պետության պաշտպանության և անվտանգության ապահովման դեպքերում (համապատասխան հիմնավորումներով)` միայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի գրավոր համաձայնությամբ.
6.Որոշման հավելվածով հաստատված տեսչությունների ստուգումների ստուգաթերթերով` ստուգումների տարեկան ծրագրում ընդգրկված և բարձր ռիսկային խմբում գտնվող սուբյեկտների մոտ:
Այսօր կայացած ՀՀ կառավարության նիստում որոշում է կայացվել վերոնշյալ ժամկետը երկարաձգել մինչև 2016 թ. հուլիսի 1-ը:
Ստացվում է, որ նախատեսվում է երկարաձգել նշված մարմինների ցանկից դուրս մնացած կազմակերպություններում ստուգումներ իրականացնելու արգելման ժամանակահատվածը՝ գործող 01.01.2016 թ. փոխարեն սահմանվելով 01.07.2016 թ.: Որոշմամբ պետական մարմինների (բացառությամբ հարկային և մաքսային մարմիններ) կողմից օրինակ՝ փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության սուբյեկտների մոտ ստուգումներ չեն կարող իրականացվել մինչև 01.07.2016 թ. գործող 01.01.2016 թ. փոխարեն:
