Փարիզում հոգեհանգստյան աղոթք է մատուցվել՝ ի հիշատակ դեսպան Քրիստիան Տեր-Ստեփանյանի

Նոյեմբերի 13-ին Փարիզի Սուրբ Հովհաննես Մկրտիչ հայ առաքելական եկեղեցում տեղի ունեցավ հոգեհանգստյան աղոթք՝ ի հիշատակ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մշտական ներկայացուցիչ և Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ, արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Քրիստիան Տեր-Ստեփանյանի: Հայտնում են Ֆրանսիայում ՀՀ դեսպանությունից։
Հոգեհանգստյան աղոթքը մատուցվեց Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու Ֆրանսիայի թեմի առաջնորդ Հայր Գրիգոր վարդապետ Խաչատրյանի կողմից։
Արարողության ընթացքում խոսքով հանդես եկավ Ֆրանսիայում Հայաստանի դեսպան Հասմիկ Տոլմաջյանը՝ անդրադառնալով դեսպան Տեր-Ստեփանյանի՝ համայն հարգանքի արժանացած պետական գործչի և ականավոր դիվանագետի կյանքին ու գործունեությանը։ Դեսպան Տոլմաջյանը հիշեցրեց, որ Քրիստիան Տեր-Ստեփանյանը, լինելով Հայոց ցեղասպանությունից փրկված ընտանիքի զավակ, երիտասարդ տարիքից ամբողջ եռանդով նվիրվել է Ֆրանսիայում և միջազգային կառույցներում հայկական հարցի արծարծմանը։ Նա եղել է Հայաստանի դիվանագիտական ծառայության կայացման ակունքներում և Հայաստանի անկախացումից ի վեր՝ մինչև կյանքի վերջին օրը, հավատարմորեն ծառայել է հայրենիքին՝ պաշտպանելով Հայաստանի պետական շահերը բազմաթիվ միջազգային հարթակներում։ Մասնավորապես, դեսպան Տեր-Ստեփանյանն անուրանալի ներդրում է ունեցել Եվրոպայի խորհրդին և Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցության ու համագործակցության ամրապնդման գործում և եղել Հայաստանի առաջին ներկայացուցիչը նշված կարևոր կազմակերպություններում։ Նշանակալից է նաև դեսպան Տեր-Ստեփանյանի դերակատարումը ՅՈւՆԵՍԿՕ-ում Հայաստանի շահերի պաշտպանության հարցում։
Արարողության ընթացքում խոսքով հանդես եկան նաև ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Մարգո Բերժոն-Դարսը, Ֆրանսիայում հավատարմագրված ֆրանկոֆոն դեսպանների խմբի նախագահ, Մավրիկոսի դեսպան Վիժայեն Վալայդոնը, ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ում Փոքր կղզի-պետությունների խմբի նախագահ, Կուկի կղզիների դեսպան Նատալի Ռոզետ-Կազելը, ինչպե նաև հանգուցյալի դուստրը՝ Սևան Տեր-Ստեփանյանը։
Արարողությանը ներկա էին նաև Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության ադմինիստրատոր Կարոլին Սենտ-Հիլերը, Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ նախկին լիազոր նախարար և պետքարտուղար, սենատոր Ժան-Բատիստ Լըմուենը, Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունում և ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ում հավատարմագրված մի քանի տասնյակ դեսպաններ, ֆրանսահայ կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարներ, համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ և հասարակական գործիչներ։
Նույն օրը Ֆրանսիայում ՀՀ դեսպանություն այցելեցին և ի հիշատակ դեսպան Տեր-Ստեփանյանի բացված սգո մատյանում գրառում կատարեցին Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գլխավոր քարտուղար Լուիզ Մուշիկիվաբոն, ինչպես նաև ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ում և ՖՄԿ-ում հավատարմագրված բազմաթիվ դեսպաններ ու բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետներ։
Ավելի վաղ՝ նոյեմբերի 9-ին, ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի Գլխավոր համաժողովի ընթացքում տեղի է ունեցել դեսպան Տեր-Ստեփանյանին նվիրված հիշատակի միջոցառում, որի ընթացքում ցավակցական ելույթներով հանդես եկան Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը և ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի Գլխավոր տնօրեն Օդրի Ազուլեն, ինչպես նաև ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի Գլխավոր համաժողովի և Գործադիր խորհրդի ղեկավարները։
