Այս պարագայում, երբ ՀՀ-ն ու Արցախը գտնվում են բավականին բարդ ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակում, և սպառնալիքները խորանում են, չգնալ ՀԱՊԿ-ի միջոցառումներին, նշանակում է ևս մեկ վտանգի տակ դնել մեր տարածաշրջանը և ՀՀ-ի անվտանգությունը։
Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանը։
«Մենք այդ դաշինքի անդամ ենք և այդ դաշինքի շրջանակներում պետք է ձևավորենք մեր հարաբերությունները։ Շատ դեպքերում հարաբերությունների վատթարացումը կախված է եղել նաև ՀՀ իշխանություններից»,- ասաց նա։
Օհանյանի կարծիքով՝ այդ հարաբերությունների վատթարացմանը նպաստել են ՀԱԿՊ գլխավոր քարտուղարի նկատմամբ իրականացված քրեական հետապնդումը, զորավարժություններին չմասնակցելը և այլն։
«Եթե ՀՀ-ն ունի խնդիրներ իր հարևանների, դաշինքի անդամ երկրների հետ, ապա դրանք պետք է բարձրաձայնել հենց այն հարթակներում, որտեղ միջոցառումներ են իրականացվում։ Ես գտնում եմ, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի վրա որոշ դեպքերում այնպիսի խնդիրներ է դրվում, որի իրականացնողը ՀՀ-ն է։
ՀԱՊԿ-ի ոչ մի երկիր չի գալու ամրապնդի մեր սահմանները, կամ ռազմավարական կետերում մեզ համար խրամատներ փորի։ ՀԱՊԿ-ի խնդիրը գլոբալ է»,- ասաց Սեյրան Օհանյանը։
ՊՆ նախկին նախարարը նշեց, որ Արցախյան հակամարտությունը ավարտված չէ։
«Արցախի ղեկավարությունը պետք է ենթարկվի պատժամիջոցների։ Արցախյան հիմնախնդրի չավարտված լինելու պայմաններում պետք է խիստ միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկել Արցախի սուբյեկտայնության պահպանման համար, դրանք պետք է ուղղված լինեն Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների պահպանմանն ու Արցախի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ համապատասխան քաղաքականության իրականացմանը, որպեսզի նրանք մնան ՀՀ-ում։
Գործընթացները պետք է արագացվեն և Արցախի շուրջ պետք է ռազմավարություն մշակվի»,- լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց Սեյրան Օհանյանը։
