Մատենադարանի արխիվային հավաքածուն համալրվել է Ալին Էլմայանի մեծարժեք արխիվով: Այս մասին հայտնում են Մատենադարանից:
Ալին Էլմայանը (1930-2020) արևմտահայ գրականության նշանավոր ներկայացուցիչներից մեկի՝ Զարուհի Պահրիի (1880-1956) ժառանգներից է, որը 1915 թ. եղեռնից հետո տեղափոխվել էր Փարիզ: Ալինը երիտասարդ տարիներից աշխատակցել է ֆրանսիական մշակութային մամուլին՝ որպես գեղարվեստական խմբագիր և ձևավորող: Դեռևս 1949 թվականին Օլիվիե Պերինում աշխատանքի ընդունվելով որպես խմբագրի օգնական՝ Ալին Էլմայանը ստանձնել է ստեղծագործությունների գեղարվեստական ձևավորման աշխատանքները: Նրա ղեկավարությամբ և մասնակցությամբ ձևավորվել և հրատարակվել են բազմաթիվ ամսագրեր և ալբոմներ։
Անցած դարի վաթսունականներին Ա.Էլմայանը աշխատել է հեղինակավոր հրատարակչություններում և Spectacles ամսագրում։ 1978-1988 թվականներին երիտասարդների համար հրատարակված L’Éclat de lire պարբերականի հետ համագործակցությանը զուգահեռ Ալին Էլմայանը հիմնել է իր հրատարակչությունը՝ հիմնականում տպագրելով նկարիչների ալբոմներ և կատալոգներ:
Էլմայանի գործունեության մեջ բացառիկ է Մարսել Մարսոյի «Փարիզի և աշխարհի բալադը» (La Ballade de Paris et du Monde, 1968) ալբոմի, իսպանացի նկարիչ Լեոնարդո Նիերմանի ալբոմի (1975), «Հեղափոխական ճարտարապետություն» (1968) ուսումնասիրություն-ալբոմի (1968), ինչպես նաև 1978 թ. Յուրգիս Բալթրուշայտիսի «Հայելին» էսսե-ալբոմի հրատարակությունները:
Էլմայանի հրատարակած գրեթե բոլոր գրքերը, ձևավորման ինքնատիպության և տպագրական բարձր որակի շնորհիվ, բիբլիոգրաֆիական հազվագյուտ և օրինակելի նմուշներ են դարձել և մշտապես որոնված են արվեստագետների շրջանում: Անկասկած, Էլմայանը նշանակալի ավանդ ունի Ֆրանսիայի գրահրատարակչության և արվեստի պատմության ոլորտներում:
Ալին Էլմայանը հեղինակել է նաև ասեղնագործության գործնական ձեռնարկներ, որոնք մի քանի հրատարակություն են ունեցել:
Մատենադարանին նվիրաբերված արխիվը հարուստ է թե կերպարվեստի գործերով, և թե Ալին Էլմայանի և Պահրիների տոհմի կյանքն ու գործունեությունն արտացոլող վավերագրերով:
