Համաշխարհային տնտեսական ֆորումը հրապարակել է Համաշխարհային ռիսկերի 2016թ. զեկույցը

Համաշխարհային տնտեսական ֆորումի պատրաստած Համաշխարհային ռիսկերի 2016թ. զեկույցում ըստ ազդեցության ուժգնության գերակա են համարվել կլիմայի փոփոխության ռիսկը, զանգվածային ոչնչացման զենքերի կիրառման ռիսկը, ջրային ճգնաժամի ռիսկը, լայնամասշտաբ պարտադրված միգրացիոն ռիսկ, Էներգակիրների գնային կտրուկ տատանումների ռիսկը։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին նշվում է «Տնտեսություն և արժեքներ» հետազոտական կենտրոնի հաղորդագրությունում։
Զեկույցի համաձայն՝ ըստ իրականանալու հավանականության գերակա են համարվում լայնամասշտաբ պարտադրված միգրացիոն ռիսկը, խիստ եղանակային դրսևորումների ռիսկը, կլիմայի փոփոխության ռիսկը, միջպետական հակամարտությունների ռիսկը՝ տարածաշրջանային հետևանքներով, բնական աղետների ռիսկը։
Կլիմայի փոփոխության ռիսկը ներառված էր ամենաազդեցիկ ռիսկերի ցանկում վերջին մի քանի տարիների ընթացքում, իսկ այս տարի այն ներառվեց նաև ամենահավանական գլոբալ ռիսկերի հնգյակում: Դրան հաջորդում են զանգվածային ոչնչացման զենքերի կիրառման և ջրային ճգնաժամի ռիսկերը` համաձայն ազդեցության ուժգնության չափանիշի: «Տնտեսություն ևարժեքներ» հետազոտական կենտրոնի նախագահ Մանուկ Հերգնյանը նշել է․ «Գործազրկությունը և էներգակիրներիգների կտրուկ տատանումները բիզնեսի վարման տեսանկյունից ամենահիմնական գլոբալ ռիսկերն են: Դրանցհետևում են տեղական կառավարման ձախողումները, ֆիսկալ ճգնաժամերի և կիբերհարձակումների ռիսկերը»: Ընդորում, Կենտրոնական Ասիայի և Ռուսաստանի տարածաշրջանի գործարարներն առանձնացրել են ֆիսկալճգնաժամերի ռիսկը, գործազրկության, ինչպես նաև անկառավարելի գնաճի ռիսկերը: ԱՄՆ-ում գործարարներինառավել անհանգստացնող ռիսկերն են կիբեռհարձակումների հետ կապված ռիսկերը, իսկ Եվրոպայում՝ ֆիսկալճգնաժամերի, էներգակիրների գնային կտրուկ տատանումների ռիսկերը»:
Ըստ Մանուկ Հերգնյանի՝ Հայաստանում գործարարությանը սպառնացող անմիջական առավել էական ռիսկերի թվին են պատկանում ֆիսկալ ճգնաժամի, արտարժութային, հումքային ռեսուրսների գնային տատանումների, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանում ռազմական դիմակայության սրման ռիսկերը, իսկ երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում՝ ժողովրդագրական և անվտանգային հավասարակշռության խախտման ռիսկերը։
Սա Համաշխարհային տնտեսական ֆորումի թվով արդեն 11-րդ հրապարակումն է, որ նվիրված է համաշխարհային ռիսկերի ու դրանց հետևանքների, հետագա զարգացումներին և փոխազդեցությունների գնահատմանը: Զեկույցի վերլուծությունը հիմնված է 140 երկրներից 750 անկախ փորձագետների հարցման վրա, ովքեր առանձնացրել են մոտակա 10 տարվա 29 գլոբալ ռիսկեր` գնահատելով ըստ հավանականության և ազդեցության ուժգնության: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ռիսկերը դասակարգվում են հինգ հիմնական խմբի` հասարակական, տեխնոլոգիական, տնտեսական, բնապահպանական և աշխարհաքաղաքական:
