Երևանում՝ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան «Հանրապետական» մարզադաշտում այսօր կայացավ ՈՒԵՖԱ Եվրո-2024-ի որակավորման խմբային փուլի Հայաստան-Ուելս հանդիպումը։
Երևանում Հայաստան-Ուելս հանդիպումը դիտելու համար ժամանել էր Ուելսի հավաքականի ավելի քան 1200 երկրպագու։
BBC-ն գրում է, որ խաղից առաջ Հայաստանում ձերբակալվել են ուելսցի 30-ից ավելի ֆուտբոլասերներ։
Ուելսի ֆուտբոլային ասոցիացիան (FAW) հաստատել է, որ 32 երկրպագու ձերբակալվել է։
Երևանում գտնվող Հարավային Ուելսի ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները հայտնել են, որ ձերբակալված երկրպագուների նկատմամբ որևէ գործողություն չի իրականացվել, և իրենք փորձում են պարզել, թե ինչ է տեղի ունեցել։
Ուելսի երկրպագուներից մեկը զայրացած պատմել է, որ իրենց համար շոկ էր, երբ իրեն ձերբակալեցին մի խումբ ընկերների հետ քաղաքում հաճելի գիշեր անցկացնելուց հետո:
«Մենք բավականին ուշ ժամի վերադառնում էինք հյուրանոց, ոստիկանները մեքենայով մոտեցան մեզ, տարան բաժին և այնտեղ մնացինք մինչև այսօր 15։30-ը։
Նրանք մեզ վիրավորում էին, ջուր չէին տալիս։ Ոչ մի բացատրություն չէին տալիս, թե ինչու են մեզ բերման ենթարկել։ Մենք անընդհատ հարցնում էինք, մեզ չէին պատասխանում», - պատմել է երկրպագուն։
Նա նաև նշել է, որ իր ունեցած տեղեկություններով իբր ուելսցի երկրպագուների միջև ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել, այդ իսկ պատճառով են բերման ենթարկել. «Ես կասկածում եմ, որ նման բան է եղել»։
ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից լրատվամիջոցներին ասել են, որ 16 օտարերկրացի ձերբակալվել է` խուլիգանություն կատարելու հիմքով և համապատասխան փաստաթղթերով ներկայացվել քննչական, ևս 16-ը, հասարակական վայրում ոգելից խմիչքի ազդեցության տակ երևալու հիմքով ձերբակալվել բերվել են բաժին և ազատ են արձակվել։
