Ադրբեջանը տապալել է Ստեփանակերտի խաչը: Այս մասին գրում է Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության մշտադիտարկում իրականացնող monumentwatch.org կայքը:
«2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերյան ռազմական ագրեսիվ գործողություններից և Արցախի տոտալ հայաթափման գործողություններից հետո Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է ոչնչացնել հայկական մշակութային արժեքները՝ էթնիկ պատկանելիության հիմքով։ Այս ամենի ապացույցը Ստեփանակերտի մերձակայքում՝ Դաշուշեն գյուղի մոտակայքում գտնվող բլուրներից մեկի վրա գտնվող 50 մետրանոց լուսատու խաչի տապալումն էր, որը ոչ միայն հարված էր մշակութային արժեքին, այլև քրիստոնյա ողջ հայ հանրույթին։ Ընկած խաչի տեսանյութը առաջինը հրապարակել է ուկրաինական Strana.ua հրատարակության Telegram ալիքը։
Տեսահոլովակը նկարահանվել է 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 29-ին, որտեղ երևում է, որ խաչն ընկած է գետնին։
Խաչը տեղադրվել էր 2017 թվականի մայիսի 9-ին ՝ ի հիշատակ Արցախի ազատագրման և պաշտպանության համար զոհված զինծառայողների: Այն իր բարձրությամբ երկրորդն էր եվրոպական տարածաշրջանում, տեսանելի էր Արցախի մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտի բոլոր կողմերից, լուսավորված էր հատուկ լույսերով, որոնք այն տեսանելի էին դարձնում նաև գիշերը ։
Մեր արձագանքը
Հարկ է հիշեցնել, որ յուրաքանչյուր ժողովրդի մշակութային արժեքներին հասցվող վնասը հարված է ողջ մարդկության մշակութային ժառանգությանը, քանզի յուրաքանչյուր ժողովուրդ իր ներդրումն ունի համաշխարհային մշակութային բազմազանության մեջ։ Ըստ 1954 թվականի Հաագայի կոնվենցիայի, որը նաև մյուս միջազգային պայմանագրերի հիմքն է և որն իր իր առաջին հոդվածով սահմանում է հետևյալը՝ մշակութային արժեքը «․․․անկախ ծագումից կամ սեփականատիրոջից, յուրաքանչյուր ժողովրդի համար մեծ նշանակություն ունեցող շարժական կամ անշարժ ժառանգությունն է, ինչպիսիք են ճարտարապետության, արվեստի կամ պատմության հուշարձանները, անկախ դրանց կրոնական կամ աշխարհիկ բնույթից»։ Համաձայն «Զինված հակամարտությունների ժամանակ մշակութային արժեքների պաշտպանության մասին» 1954 թվականի Հաագայի կոնվենցիայի 4-րդ հոդվածի՝ արգելված է մշակութային ժառանգության հանդեպ վանդալիզմի, գողության, կողոպուտի, յուրացման, թշնամանքի և հաշվեհարդարի ցանկացած գործողություն։ Ըստ Հաագայի 1954 թվականի առաջին արձանագրության՝ արգելված է գրավյալ տարածքներում ոչնչացնել մշակութային կամ հոգևոր արժեքները։
Մշակութային ժառանգության նմանօրինակ դիտավորյալ ոչնչացման քաղաքականությունը դատապարտվում է նաև «Մշակութային ժառանգությունը դիտավորյալ ոչնչացնելու մասին» ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի 2003 թվականի հռչակագրով»։
