Եթե շուկաների կարգավորման մասին օրինագիծն ընդունվի, օնլայն առևտրով զբաղվող կայքերը ստիպված կլինեն գալիք տարվա համար ավելացնել վաճառողների և միջնորդների միջնորդավճարները, ինչը նույնպես կազդի ապրանքների ինքնարժեքի վրա: Այս մասին Հանրային պալատում օրինագծի քննարկման ժամանակ ասել է Ozon-ի գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Ալեքսեյ Մինաևը, գրում է РБК-ն։
Ռիսկերի մասին զգուշացրել են նաև Wildberries-ի, Yandex.Market-ի, AliExpress-ի, ինչպես նաև ապրանքների արտադրողների ու մատակարարների ներկայացուցիչները։ Նրանց ամենամեծ մտահոգությունը պայմանագրերի պայմանները տարին մեկից ավելի անգամ փոխելն է:
«Ոչ մի բիզնես չի կարող գործել տարին մեկ անգամ գներ ֆիքսելով։ Բոլորս էլ գիտենք, թե ինչ արդյունք է տալիս, երբ գները սահմանափակվում են և դրվում են դրանք փոխելու արգելքներ։ Բոլոր շուկաների առաջին արձագանքը կլինի միանգամից մեկ տարվա համար ուռճացված սակագներ սահմանելը»,- պարզաբանել է Մինաևը:
Yandex E-Commerce Services-ի պետական մարմինների հետ փոխգործակցության փոխտնօրեն Տատյանա Չիբեզովան նշել է, որ վաճառողներին և առևտրի կետերի սեփականատերերին տուգանելու արգելքը, ինչպես նաև անձնական հաշիվների արգելափակումը կարող է հանգեցնել շուկայում կեղծիքների հայտնվելուն:
