Մի խումբ անձինք Նորքի Այգիների տանը ստեղծել են թմրամիջոցների պատրաստման գաղտնի լաբորատորիա

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական առաջին բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ իրացնելու նպատակով քիմիական թմրամիջոցներ ապօրինի պատրաստելու, թմրամիջոցներ աճեցնելու դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
2023թ․ նոյեմբերի 16-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնից զեկուցագիր է ստացվել այն մասին, որ մի խումբ անձինք Երևան քաղաքի Նորքի Այգիներ փողոցում գտնվող երկհարկանի տանը ստեղծել են թմրամիջոցների պատրաստման գաղտնի լաբորատորիա:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 393-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարվել է քննչական խմբին։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում պլանավորվել և իրականացվել են անհետաձգելի քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ։ Հիշյալ տանը, կատարվել է խուզարկություն, որի արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է 218 հատ կանեփ բույսի նմանվող թուփ, 1 պլաստմասե տարրա՝ 2 փաթեթ՝ «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի նմանվող զանգվածներով, 1 պլաստմասե տարրա՝ 6 փաթեթ «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի նմանվող զանգվածներով, 1 կշեռք, որի վրա առկա են եղել սպիտակ բյուրեղանման զանգվածի և դեղնականաչավուն գույնի բուսական զանգվածի հետքեր, 3 փաթեթ՝ սպիտակ փոշենման զանգվածներով, 1 պարկ կանեփանման բույսի տերևներով, ուլտրամանուշակագույն լույս արձակող սարքեր, օդը խոնավեցնող և չորացնող սարքավորումներ, պարարտանյութեր, կանեփի թփերի աճեցման համար նախատեսված տարաներ, թփերը ջրելու համար նախատեսված համակարգ, մետաղական ցանցեր՝ կանեփի բույսերը չորացնելու համար և այլ հարմարեցված առարկաներ:
«Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի նմանվող զանգվածները ընդհանուր կազմել են 6599,199 գրամ:
Հայտնաբերված թմրանյութերի նմանվող զանգվածների բաղադրությունը, տեսակը պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դատաքիմիական փորձաքննություն։
Մի մասով ստացված եզրակացությամբ արդեն իսկ հաստատվել է դրանց՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոց լինելու իրողությունը։
Խուզարկության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված երկհարկանի տան բոլոր տարածքներն օգտագործվել են թմրամիջոցներ աճեցնելու, մշակելու և արտադրելու նպատակով:
Պարզվել է, որ երկհարկանի տունը հանձնված է եղել վարձակալության, իսկ թմրամիջոցների պատրաստման գաղտնի լաբորատորիայում աշխատում են նաև այլ երկրից ժամանած մասնագետներ:
Վարույթի շրջանակներում հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք։
