SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ նոյեմբերի 20-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Վայոց Ձորի մարզում: Ժամը 17:10-ի սամաններում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Վայոց Ձորի վաշտի պարեկի կողմից ահազանգ է ստացվում ոստիկանության Վայքի բաժին, ով հայտել է, որ Վայքից դեպի Ջերմուկ միջպետական ավտոճանապարհին՝  բեռնատար ավտոմեքենաների կայանատեղիի հատվածում կանգնեցրել է Reno մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որի վարորդի գոտկատեղի աջ հատվածում կասկածելի իր է եղել:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, պարզվել է նաև, որ նշված ավտոմեքենան կանգնեցվել է տեխնիկական զննություն անցած չլինելու պատճառով: Վարորդը, դուրս գալով ավտոմեքենայից, ձախ առջևի դռան գրպանիկից կասկածելի իր է վերցրել և մտցրել իր բաճկոնի գրպանը, ապա վարորդը վազել է ճանապարհի հակառակ կողմը և գրպանից հանել փաթեթը, ապա ոստիկանների հասցեին տվել սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ, ու փաթեթեը նետել գետը:

Պարեկները, տեսնելով, որ նա չի ենթարկվում իրենց կանգառ հրահանգին, հետապնդում և փորձում են բռնել, սակայն նա դիմադրում է, ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածում է պարեկներից մի քանիսի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, ապա իր ավտոմեքենայով դիմում է փախուստի:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ պարեկները կարճ ժամանակում պարզում են, որ նշված ավտոմեքենան  հաշվառված է Վայք քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 32-ամյա Սիմոն Ավետյանի անվամբ եւ պարեկներն ու ոստիկանության Վայքի բաժնի ծառայողները որոնողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում Վայք քաղաքի Ջերմուկի խճուղի 53 շենքի բակում հայտնաբերում են նշված ավտոմեքենան եւ վարորդին:

Արդեն տեղում պարեկներին օգնության եկած իրենց գործընկերների հետ փորձում են վարորդին, ով հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել ոստիկանների հասցեին, տեղափոխել ոստիկանության Վայքի բաժին, սակայն այդ ընթացքում շենքի բակում գտնվող մոտ 10 տղաներ խոչընդոտում են պարեկների աշխատանքին, որոնցից մեկին Վայք քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 41-ամյա ԳևորգՀարությունյանին, իսկ Վայք քաղաքի Շահումյան փողոցի շենքերի հարակից տարածքից մեկում բռնում են ոստիկաններին ու պարեկներին հայհոյած ու փախուստի դիմած Reno-ի վարորդ՝ 32-ամյա Ս. Ավետյանին, ապա նշված անձանց տեղափոխում են ոստիկանության Վայքի բաժին: 

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Վայքի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձեւակերվում, որոնք փոխանցվում են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց Ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ձերբակալվածներից Ս.Ավետյանը Վայքի նախկին քաղաքապետ Թարո Ավետյանի տղան է: Ավտոմեքենան էլ տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Վայքի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
