Կառավարության որոշմամբ ԱՕԿՍ-ի շենքն ամրացվել է Պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեին

Այսօր գործադիրն ընդունել է «Անշարժ գույք ամրացնելու մասին» որոշում, որով առաջարկվում է պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող քաղաք Երևան, Աբովյան փողոցի 3 հասցեում գտնվող անշարժ գույքն ամրացնել ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեին․ տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ կառավարությունից։

 ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կողմից տրամադրված տեղեկատվության համաձայն, ՀՀ վարչական դատարանի վարույթում քննվող գործով հայցվոր ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության, պատասխանող ՀՀ կադաստրի կոմիտեի, երրորդ անձինք «Արտասահմանյան երկրների հետ մշակութային համագործակցության հայկական ընկերություն» ՀԿ-ի, «ԱՕԿՍ» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերության, «Օշըն Փըսիֆիք Գլոբըլ Փրոփըրթիզ Լիմիթիդ» ընկերության, Գագիկ Սահադյանի և Ադելա Ստեփանյանի միջև կնքվել է հաշտության համաձայնություն, համաձայն որի Երևան քաղաքի Աբովյան փողոց թիվ 3 հասցեում գտնվող անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ սեփականության իրավունքը փոխանցվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։

 Տարածքում առկա է նաև կարգավիճակը չպարզված շարժական գույք (կահույք, դաշնամուր,գրքեր), որի գույքագրման նպատակով հանձնարարվում է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությանը եռամսյա ժամկետում իրականացնել գույքագրում և ՀՀ կառավարություն ներկայացնել դրա հետագա տնօրինման վերաբերյալ համապատասխան առաջարկ։ Գույքի շուկայականին մոտարկված կադաստրային արժեքը՝ 490,695,059.0 ՀՀ դրամ։

Անդրադառնալով ընդունված որոշմանը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ խոսքը Երևանի Աբովյան փողոցում գտնվող պատմամշակութային արժեք ներկայացնող ԱՕԿՍ-ի շենքի մասին է, որը ժամանակին ապօրինի կերպով մասնավորեցվել է։

 ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել քննարկվող հարցի վերաբերյալ: «Շենքի ընդհանուր մակերեսը կազմում է 701.4քմ, զբաղեցրած հողատարածքը՝ 467 քմ: Մի փոքր շտկում գույքի արժեքի վերաբերյալ՝ այն մի քանի տասնյակ անգամ ավելի թանկ է: 2011 թվականի դրությամբ շենքի և հողամասի շուկայական արժեքը գրանցվել է 1,5 մլրդ դրամ, ներկայիս շուկայական արժեքը մի քանի անգամ գերազանցում է իմ կողմից նշված թիվը»:
