ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը հաղորդագրություն, իսկ Հայաստանի հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը տեսանյութ է տարածել՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կողմից Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքերը բռնագանձելու վերաբերյալ դատարան հայցադիմում ներկայացնելու մասին, միևնույն ժամանակ նշվել է, որ Գ․Ծառուկյանի կողմից չի ներկայացվել պահանջված իբրև ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքերի օրինականությունը հիմնավորող փաստաթղթեր:
 
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի պաշտպանական խումբն արձանագրում է, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գույքերի մասով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունն ուսումնասիրություններ իրականացրել է մոտ 3 տարվա ընթացքում և ձեռք բերել մեծածավալ նյութերը, որոնք Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին են տրամադրվել վերը նշված հայցադիմումը դատարան ներկայացնելուց ընդամենը մեկ ամիս առաջ:
 
Նման պայմաններում օբյեկտիվորեն անհնար է եղել նշված կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ամբողջական կերպով ներկայացնել մեծածավալ գույքերի վերաբերյալ պահանջված փաստաթղթերը:
 
Պաշտպանական խումբը հավաստիացնում է, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գույքերի ծագումն օրինական է, դրանց վերաբերյալ առկա են ծանրակշիռ ապացույցներ, որոնք հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետներում կներկայացվեն դատարան և հայցվորին՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությանը:
 
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ամբողջությամբ առարկում է վերը նշված հայցադիմումի դեմ, իսկ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պաշտպանության խումբը հանդես կգա լրացուցիչ հայտարարություններով և պարզաբանումներով:
