Բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարությունը լուծարված ընկերություններին աջակցություն չի տրամադրել, իսկ ընկերությունների գործունեության ժամանակավոր դադարեցումը դեռևս լուծարում չէ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ընդգծեց ՀՀ ԲՏԱ նախարարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Սահակյանը` անդրադառնալով տարածվող լուրերին, որ նախարարության աջակցությունից օգտվել են ՏՏ ոլորտի լուծարված ու գործունեությունը դադարեցրած ընկերություններ։

Կառավարության 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ի որոշմամբ՝ արտարժույթի արժեզրկման և գլոբալ ՏՏ ճգնաժամի պատճառով ՏՏ ոլորտի առևտրային կազմակերպությունների և անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի կրած վնասները մեղմելու և առկա աշխատատեղերը պահպանելու նպատակով շուրջ 7.4 մլրդ դրամ պետական աջակցություն տրամադրվեց տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների (ՏՏ) ոլորտի ընկերություններին։ Տարածվող տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ աջակցությունը ստանալուց հետո ընկերություններից 14-ը դադարեցրել է գործունեությունը, իսկ 4-ը՝ լուծարման գործընթաց սկսել:  Նախարարությունը, սակայն, բացատրում է՝ ոլորտի համար գործունեության ժամանակավոր դադարեցումը հնարավոր երևույթ է, և հավելել, որ նախատեսում են նաև ծրագրի առանձին վերլուծություն իրականացնել։

«Կառավարության աջակցությունը ստանալու պահին ընկերություններից որևէ մեկը լուծարված չի եղել։ Մինչև այժմ էլ չկան օգնություն ստացած ու փաստացի լուծարված ընկերություններ․ միայն 4 ընկերություն լուծարման գործընթացի մեջ է։ Ինչ վերաբերում է գործունեությունը ժամանակավորապես կասեցրած ընկերություններին, սա ոլորտային ընկերությունների պարագայում բնական ընթացք է։ Գործունեությունը  ժամանակավոր դադարեցնելը չի նշանակում, որ այդ ընկերությունները փակված են, ուղղակի որոշ ընկերություններ կախված որոշակի հանգամանքներից, ժամանակավոր դադար են վերցրել, մինչև կարգավորեն իրենց հարաբերությունները գործընկերների հետ»,- նշեց Սահակյանը:

Նախարարի տեղակալն անդրադարձավ նաև այն 4 ընկերություններին, որոնք լուծարման գործընթաց են սկսել, ընդգծելով, որ դրանք բավարարել են որոշման պայմաններին և լուծարման գործընթաց են սկսել աջակցությունը ստանալուց հետո: Նա հավելել է, որ քննարկվող «Օպտիմ Արմենիա» ընկերությունը չի հրաժարվել աջակցություն ստանալուց, փոխարենը եղել են ընկերություններ, որոնք լուծարման գործընթացի մասին տեղեկացնելուն զուգահեռ հրաժարվել են աջակցությունից:
