Ազգային ժողովի ընդդիմադիր «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը երեկ հարցաքննվել է քննչական կոմիտեում՝ բռնություն գործադրելու, հրապարակային կոչերի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնված վարույթի շրջանակներում։ Պատգամավորը քննիչի հարցերին պատասխանել է վկայի կարգավիճակով, թեպետ բնավ չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկայում նրան հենց մեղադրանք հարուցվի։ Պատճառը այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի 12-ին Ազգային ժողովում ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ արած հայտարարություներն են։ «Երևանը փոխելու է մեզ բոլորիս, ինձ և դրսում կանգնած քաղաքացիների, հայրենասերների քրտինքով ու եթե Փաշինյանն անմտություն անի նաև՝ արյամբ»,- ասել էր Հայկ Մամիջանյանը ու թեպետ նա պարզաբանել էր իր հայտարարությունը, քրեական գործ այդուհանդերձ բացվել է, ընդ որում ակնհայտ քաղաքական ենթատեքստ ունեցող այս գործը հարուցվել է ոչ թե գործող իշխանությունների որևէ ներկայացուցչի, այլ՝ Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական անսամբլիայի Վանաձորի ղեկավար Արթուր Սաքունցի ներկայացրած հանցագործության մասին հաղորդման հիման վրա։
 
Ըստ էության, հայտնի իրավապաշտպաններն արդեն վերածվել են ոչ թե պետության կողմից քաղաքական հետապնդումները դատապարտող սուբյեկտների, այլ Փաշինյանի քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների հետապնդման գործիքի, ինչը, իհարկե, ցավալի է, սակայն և կանխատեսելի էր։
 
2018 թվականի այսպես կոչված հեղափոխությունից հետո, իրավապաշտպանները բացարձակապես անուշադրության են մատնել ընդդիմության դեմ բռնաճնշումները և, եթե նախկինում նման դեպքերում մեծ աղմուկ էին բարձրացնում, ապա այսօր պարզապես լռում են, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում ինչպես այս օրինակում է, անգամ դառնում են իրավապահների համար «գործ տվող»։
