Արևմտյան երաշխիքներին սպասելիս կամ ինչպես վերջնականապես կործանել երկիրը

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Օրերս կարկառուն քպականներից մեկը՝ պատգամավոր Արմեն Խաչատրյանն ասել է. «Հայաստանն այլևս չի կրկնելու նոյեմբերի 9-ի սխալը: Մեր նպատակն այն է, որ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը կնքելուց հետո կոնկրետ երաշխավորներ լինեն, որպեսզի ցանկացած խախտման դեպքում իմանանք, թե ինչ միջազգային մեխանիզմներ կարող ենք գործի դնել: Ռուսաստանի բոլոր երաշխիքները նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո հօդս ցնդեցին: Հայաստանը երկրորդ անգամ այդ սխալը չի գործելու»: Եվ, որպես դրանից բխող ուղիղ հետևություն, քպականն ասում է. «Խաղաղության պայմանագիրը կնքվելու է մի շարք արևմտյան երկրների երաշխավորությամբ»: Նախ՝ արձանագրենք, որ նաև Փաշինյանի կուսակիցն է հենց իր շեֆի ստեղծած «նոյեմբերի 9-ի» իրավիճակն ու հենց իր շեֆի ստորագրած կապիտուլ յացիան համարում ՍԽԱ՛Լ:
Երկրորդ՝ դա այն սխալներից է, որոնք ոչ մի դեպքում ու երբեք չպետք է ներել ու չի կարելի ներել, եթե, իհարկե, նպատակդ կործանվելը չէ: Երրորդ՝ 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին, ի՞նչ է, Ռուսաստանից բացի, որևէ այլ «միջազգային խաղացող» կամ «մի շարք արևմտյան երկրներ» ջանքե՞ր էին գործադրում դադարեցնելու մարտական գործողությունները մի իրավիճակում, երբ թշնամին արդեն գրավել էր Շուշին ու մտնում էր Ստեփանակերտ: Այսինքն, ի՞նչ է, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մի քանի առաջարկություն ու այլընտրա՞նք ուներ նոյեմբերի 9-ին, որ ՔՊ-ն մի հատ էլ հենց Ռուսաստանի միջնորդությունը հիմա որակում է որպես «սխալ» և հայտարարում է, որ «այլևս չի կրկնելու նոյեմբերի 9-ի սխալը»:
Ի դեպ, «դասերի» մասին: Ինչպես երևում է, ո՛չ Արմեն Խաչատրյանը, ո՛չ էլ, ընդհանրապես, քպականները, պատմությունից դասեր քաղել չեն սիրում կամ չեն ուզում: Լինի մեր իսկ 100 տարի առաջվա դասերը, հենց 2022-ի հոկտեմբերի 6-ի պայմանավորվածությունների դասերը (վերջինս՝ Արցախի շրջափակման, մեկուսացման, ապա՝ հայաթափման տեսքով), թե այլ երկրների ու գործիչների դասերը, որոնք փորձել են կտրուկ շրջադարձեր կատարել և կուրորեն ապավինել այլոց, մասնավորաբար արևմտյան պետությունների «երաշխիքներին»: Օրինակ՝ հիշո՞ւմ եք Յանուկովիչին, հիշո՞ւմ եք՝ ինչ եղավ վերոնշյալի կոնտեքստում նրա «սեթևեթանքների» հենց հաջորդ օրը, և ո՞ւր էին թաքնվել նրա «ընկերները»: Այնպես որ, ամեն «գարանտիա» դեռ չի նշանակում, որ այդպես էլ լինելու է՝ ոչ երկրի համար, ո՛չ էլ, առավել ևս, անձերի համար...
