Այսօր առաջին անգամ ցուցադրվեց Ցեղասպանության 100 տարվա վերապրման ու հայերի վերածննդի խորհրդանիշ հուշակոթողի էսքիզը: Գաղափարը բարեգործ, պահեստազորի մայոր, ԱՊՀ Միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալի խորհրդական Հրաչյա Պողոսյանինն է (Ծնվել 1970 թվականի օգոստոսի 11-ին Հոկտեմբերյանում (Արմավիրի մարզ): Մանկությունն ու պատանեկությունն անցկացրել է Արագածոտնի մարզի Ագարակ գյուղում): Նրա շնորհիվ թե՛ հայրենիքում և թե՛ հայրենիքից դուրս կառուցվել ու վերակառուցվել են հուշարձաններ, եկեղեցիներ և այլ շինություններ:
Օշական և Ագարակ համայնքների հոգևոր հովիվ Տեր Վիգեն քահանա Մանուկյանը խոսելով գաղափարի մասին՝ ասաց.
«Անցած տարի Մայր Աթոռում Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերը սրբադասվեցին: Նրանք մեզ համար ոչ միայն նահատակներ են, այլև սրբեր: Եվ այս ամենը տեսանելի դարձնելու համար մի սրբապատկեր օծվեց, որը մեր սրբերի հավաքական ամբողջությունն է: Ուստի, այս միտքը ծնվել է հենց սրբադասման օրը, որ նման պատկեր տեղադրվի կամ Ցեղասպանության թանգարանում կամ Ծիծեռնակաբերդում»:
Գաղափարը ողջունեց նաև ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի խորհրդական, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մուրազ Սարգսյանը:
