Երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 24-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում: Ժամը 18:20-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի՝ Աբովյանի վարչական տարածքում, Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան բախվել է անվադողերի վերանորոգման կետի դիմաց կայանված Hozon Neta S 650 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային:

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, այնուհետև Mercedes-ը առաջ է ընթացել և վրաերթի ենթարկել հետիոտնին: Վրաերթի ենթարկվածը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոն: Վիրավորին առաջինը օգնության են հասել անվադողերի փոխանակման կետի աշխատակիցները և օպերատիվորեն ժամանած «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը: Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արտյոմ Սահակյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Լևոն Բադալյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Արտակ Ասատրյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության տեսուչ Կառլեն Բաղյանի և վաշտի հրամանատար Դավիթ Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Տեղում տարածքը սահմանազատել, ծառայություն են կատարել նույն վաշտի պարեկներ Կարեն Սախոյանն ու Ստեփան Կույումջյանը: Վթարի մասին ՊԾ Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Հովհաննես Չալաբյանի, Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Կարեն Փթուկյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ:

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ Hozon Neta S 650-ն ու Камаз-ը կայանված են եղել նշված վայրում և ամառային անվադողերը պետք է փոխեին ձմեռայինի, այդ ժամանակ էլ Mercedes-ի վարորդը, ով ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության, լինելով խմածության ամենաբարձր աստիճանին, բախվել է Hozon Neta S 650-ին, ապա, առաջ ընթանալով, վրաերթի ենթարկել Камаз-ի վարորդին:

Վթարի փաստով Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որտեղ էլ պարզում են վարորդների և վրաերթի ենթարկվածի ինքնությունը: Hozon Neta S 650-ի վարորդը նույնպես ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության, եղել է սթափ:
