Պատերազմները ամենամութ, ամենաստվերային ժամանակահատվածներն են, կեղտոտ հաշվարկների փուլ։ Բոլոր պատերազմները այդպիսին են, բայց դրանք բոլորն ունեն նաև մեկ ընդհանրություն.մի պահի, երբ փոխվում է ներքին և միջազգային կոնյուկտուրան՝ սկսում են գաղտազերծումները (ամենաանսպասելի տեղից) ու հրեշավոր իրողություններ են բացահայտվում։

Արախամիայի հայտարությունը այս շարքից է. « 2022–ին Ռուսաստանը առաջարկում էր դադարեցնել պատերազմը և միայն մեկ պայման էր դնում՝ Ուկրաինայի չեքոք կարգավիճակ, ՆԱՏՕ չմտնելու հանձնառություն։ Առաջարկը մերժվել է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի այդ ժամանակվա վարչապետ Բորիս Ջոնսոնի ճնշման տակ...»։
Ո՞վ է հիմա պատասխան տալու չդադարեցված պատերազմի հարյուր հազարավոր զոհերի, ավերված քաղաքների, տասնյակ հազարավոր որբերի, խեղված ճակատագրերի և ի վերջո, փլուզված պետության համար։
Ժողովուրդները և պետությունները ահռելի ողբերգություններ են ունենում իրենց իսկ կողմից ընտրած արկածախնդիր ու պետականության հետ կապ չունեցող իշխանությունների պատճառով։
Վստահաբար մի օր ինչ-որ մի աղբյուրից բացահայտվելու է, թե ով խոչընդոտեց 44-օրյա պատերազմի շուտ ավարտվելուն։ Հոկտեմբերի սկզբներին կար պատերազմը կանգնեցնելու հնարավորություն, հոկտեմբերի 19-ին կարծես, թե մնում էր միայն հայկական կողմի համաձայնությունը։ Ով ում վրա ազդեց, ով չթողեց, որ պատերազմը դադարեցվի։
Հոկտեմբերի 19-ին պատերազմի դադարեցումը կնշանակեր մի քանի հազար զոհերից խուսափել, հազարավոր վիրավորներից խուսափել, տարածքային ահռելի կորուստներ չունենալը և վերջապես այլ համաձայնագիր և այլ պայմաններ։ Մեր պատերազմը ահռելի, արյունոտ գաղտնիքների մի արխիվ է, որտեղ մեկ հոգին չէ միակ մեղավորը։
2021 թ-ից առաջարկում էի ստեղծել պատերազմի ՀԱՆՐԱՅԻՆ քննիչ հանձնաժողով, որը թարմ վերքի կոնցեպցիայով կփորձեր պատասխաններ գտնել շատ հարցերի։ Առաջարկել եմ թե հրապարակային, թե անձնական հանդիպումներում։ Ամեն ինչ կար դա կազմակերպելու համար՝ զինվորականներ, կամավորներ, քաղաքացիական անձիք, ինֆորմացիայի թարմ աղբյուրներ, վկաներ, փորձագետներ, մեդիա՝ ամեն ինչ։ Եվ դա կարող էր հասարակության առողջացման և շոկից դուրս գալու ճանապարհ լինել՝ լայն մասնակցային մի պրոցես, որի նպատակը հնարավորինս իրական պատկեր ստանալն էր, բամբասանքն ու հորինվածքը իրականությունից զատելու պրոցես, որը անպայման բերելու էր հանրային կոնսոլիդացիայի և երկրում կարևագույն փոփոխությունների։ Չարվեց տարբեր պատճառաբանությամբ։ Բայց կարծում եմ ուղղակի որոշումներ կայացնողները ինչպես դրանից հետո շատ այլ պրոցեսներում, այստեղ էլ սխալ որոշում կայացրեցին։
Բայց դա չի փոխում համաշխարհային տրամաբամությունը՝ պատերազմի գաղտնիքները մի օր գաղտնազերծվում են»։
