Եվրոպական տարօրինակ այց Հայաստան

Այսօր Հայաստան է ժամանելու Եվրամիության արտաքին գործողությունների ծառայության և եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչների պատվիրակությունը։ Այցի ընթացքում կքննարկվեն տարբեր հարթություններում Եվրամիություն-Հայաստան հարաբերությունները, ինչպես նաև այլ հարցեր։ Պատվիրակության կազմում են նաև արտաքին սահմանների անվտանգության եվրոպական միության գործակալության «Ֆրոնտեքսի» ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք առանձին դիտարկելու են սահմանային հարցերը։
Պատվիրակությունը հանդիպումներ կունենա Հայաստանի Կառավարության ներկայացուցիչների և քաղաքացիական հասարակության կազմակերպությունների հետ, կազդարարվի Եվրամիության և Հայաստանի միջև ներդրումների համակարգման հարթակի մեկնարկը։
Ըստ էության, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, այս պատվիրակության այցն ընդամենը հաջորդում է մինչ այս Հայաստանի տարածքում մի քանի ամիս գործած այլ պատվիրակության գործունեությանը և ամփոփելու է այդ։
Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ մի քանի հարյուր եվրոպացի և ամերիկացի փորձագետներ վերջին ամիսներին ուսումնասիրել են բոլոր հնարավորությունները և առաջին հերթին հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները խաթարելու՝ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության վեկտորը փոխելու և Հայաստանին արևմուտքից կախվածության մեջ գցելու առումով։ «Ֆրոնտեքսի» ներկայացուցիչներն էլ հատկապես ուսումնասիրելու են Ադրբեջանի հետ հաղորդակցությունների բացման և դրանց վերահսկման հնարավորությունները։ Չի բացառվում, որ հայկական կողմն Ադրբեջանին առաջարկի, որ ընդհանուր անցակետերի վերահսկումն իրականացվի ոչ թե ռուսական կողմի միջոցով, ինչպես պահանջում է եռակողմ հայտարարությունը, կամ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցչի միջոցով, այլ արտաքին սահմանների անվտանգության եվրոպական գործակալության ուժերով։ Նման առաջարկը լրջագույն հարված կլինի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանությանը, սակայն արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտոր փոխելու Փաշինյանի գործողությունները հենց միտված են դրան, ուստի և եվրոպական կառույցների այս պատվիրակութան այցը չափազանց ուշագրավ զարգացումներ է խոստանում։ Մենք կհետևենք բոլոր այցերին և առաջիկայում մանրամասները կներկայացնենք մեր ընթերցողին։
