Նոր զարգացումներ՝ Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկի եւ նրա ընկերների սպանության գործում

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկի եւ նրա ընկերների սպանության գործով շուրջ 2 ամիս կալանքի տակ մնացած, այնուհետեւ ստորագրությամբ ազատ արձակված 5 երիտասարդների նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցվել է: Նրանցից երկուսը Երեւանի ավագանու ՀՀԿ խմբակցության անդամ Արմեն Երեմյանի եղբայրներն են՝ Կարեն եւ Սուրեն Երեմյանները, ովքեր «Միլենա» տաքսի ծառայության սեփականատերերն են: Մյուսներն են՝ Արտյոմ Կարապետյանը, Ալեքսեյ Մկրտչյանը, Նարեկ Հովսեփյանը:
Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ տարեվերջին նրանք քննությունն իրականացնող ԱԱԾ-ից տեղեկացել են, որ իրենց նկատմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործը կարճվել է հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով, իսկ քրեական հետապնդումը՝ դադարեցվել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 4-ին «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի դիմաց հնչել էին կրակոցներ: Դեպքի վայր ժամանած ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել էին 1 զոհ եւ 2 վիրավոր, վիրավորներին տեղափոխել էին «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ, որոնք ճանապարհին մահացել էին։
Կրակոցների հետեւանքով մահացած երեք անձանցից մեկը Լեւոն Ղազարյանն էր, որը հայտնի է Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկ անունով, մյուսը՝ 35-ամյա Դրաստամատ Թադեւոսյանը՝ Դերոն, երրորդը՝ Մեսրոպ Նազարյանցը, որը մահացել էր տեղում՝ ՔԿՀ-ի ավտոկայանատեղիում: Գործով քննությունը դեռ շարունակվում է, սպանության մեջ մեղադրվում են Սարգիս Գրիգորյանը (մականունը՝ Ծգլ), Սարգիս Հախանումյանը (մականունը՝ Տլե) եւ Վահան Հակոբյանը (մականունը՝ Գաստիկ)։ Նրանք հրաժարվում են որեւէ ցուցմունք տալ, քրեական աշխարհում ընդունված է «Сухой отказ»-ով դատվել, որպեսզի անազատության մեջ որոշակի կարգավիճակ ունենան՝ դառնան գող, զոն նայող»:
