Փաշինյանի օրոք պետական պարտքը աճում է

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օրոք Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը շարունակում է աճել առաջանցիկ տեմպերով։ Դեռևս ընդդիմադիր Փաշինյանը 2015 թվականին քննադատում էր նախկին իշխանություններին պետական պարտքը 5 միլիարդ դոլար հասցնելու համար, կոչ անում վերակառուցել պետական պարտքը և միջազգային դոնոր կազմակերպություններից այլ գումարներ չվերցնել։
2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո Փաշինյանը շեշտակի արագությամբ սկսել է մեծ պարտքեր կուտակել, իսկ այս տարվա 9 ամիսների արդյունքում Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը կազմում է 4 տրիլիոն 454 միլիարդ դրամ, ինչը ավել է 11 միլիարդ դոլարից։ Դրամային և դոլարային արտահայտությամբ ՀՀ պետական պարտքը 9 ամիսների ընթացքում աճել է 6,4 %-ով։ Նախորդ տարեվերջի 4 տրիլիոն 186 միլիարդ դրամի դիմաց պարտքն արդեն դարձել է 4 տրիլիոն 456 միլիարդ դարամ։ 11 միլիարդ 322 միլիոն դոլար պետական պարտքից Կառավարության պարտքը 10 միլիարդ 790 միլիոն դոլարն է։
Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պնդում են, թե ընդհանուր առմամբ Կառավարության պարտքի գծով սահմանված բոլոր ուղենիշները պահպանվել են, իսկ պետպարտքը չի գերազանցում համախառն ներքին արդյունքի 60 %-ը, ինչն ըստ կարգի, կարող է արդեն վտանագվոր համարվել։
Վերլուծաբանները, սակայն փաստում են, որ իրականությունն ամենևին էլ այդքան գեղեցիկ չէ, և Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը գտնվում է չափազանց ծանր վիճակում, իսկ պետական պարտքի ավելացումը հղի ոչ միայն տնտեսական այլ նաև քաղաքական հետևանքներով, հատկապես, եթե նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք միջազգային դոնոր կազմակերպությունները դժկամությամբ են Հայաստանին պարտք տալիս, ապա Փաշինյանի օրոք շատ ժամանակ նույնիսկ առանց Կառավարության հարցման են գումարներ առաջարկում, իսկ այդ գումարների տրամադրումը նաև քաղաքական կախվածության մեջ է գցելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։
