Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը օրենք է ստորագրել, ըստ որի՝ քաղաքացիական ծառայողների, այդ թվում՝ պատգամավորների և սենատորների օգնականների, դատավորների, դատախազների ու քննիչների աշխատավարձի բարձրացում չի նախատեսվում մինչև 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը։
Սակայն այս որոշումը չի ազդի զինվորականների և իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցների վրա, գրում են ռուսական լրատվամիջոցները։
Ռուսաստանի կառավարությունն առաջարկել է չինդեքսավորել աշխատավարձերը 2024 թվականին, իսկ օրինագծի սկզբնական տարբերակով, որը հաստատվել է Պետդումայի կողմից առաջին ընթերցմամբ, նախատեսվում էր սառեցնել բոլոր կատեգորիաների, այդ թվում՝ զինվորականների և ուժերի աշխատավարձերը։
Հայտնի է դարձել նաեւ, որ նոյեմբերի 28-ին Պուտինը հաստատել է դաշնային բյուջեն, ըստ որի՝ 2024 թվականին պաշտպանությանն ու անվտանգությանը կհատկացվի ռեկորդային 14,1 տրլն ռուբլի։
Սա նշանակում է, որ երկրի ընդհանուր բյուջեի գրեթե 40%-ը, որը հավասար է 36,66 տրիլիոն ռուբլու, կուղղվի ուժային կառույցների ֆինանսավորմանը։
